Can I change the page location for add

My client would like to change the extension from http://cityofmoberly.com/events/community/add to http://cityofmoberly.com/submit if possible. They can’t use a submit button for security reasons, but they still need employees to have the quick access. Can you help with that?

This isn’t currently possible.
