MemberHi, Sascha.
Please check your settings at
- wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab > Date Format Settings section
- and wp-admin > Settings > General
If those settings do not help, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

MemberHi, Johan. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I’m not able to reproduce this on my site. Since this isn’t currently a known issue, please follow these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi. Thanks for the detailed bug report. I’ve passed it along to our developers to further investigate.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi, Tom. It sounds like you’re now asking about Event Tickets and possibly Event Tickets Plus, which is fine.
Are you asking how to pre-fill the Name and Email fields with the logged-in user’s profile information?
If yes, we do not have this option at this time but several others have requested this too.
Cliff
MemberInstead of “return” in that function, you should probably do something like
echo "Admit one per ticket. Limited seating available.";Let me know if that works for you.

MemberHi, Marion.
Thanks for your interest in our Event Tickets Plus product to sell tickets via WooCommerce.
I’ll try to answer all of your questions succinctly:
- No. They could contact you to manually process the refund / un-sell the ticket(s).
- Please see https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/6095921-add-waitlist-capability
- No but giving admins / event organizers more access to their site’s data is something we’re definitely considering, just like you requested (e.g. select all people who attended Event X and send them an email, text, add to a newsletter, etc)
- Please see https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/8391186-reminder-emails-for-x-days-before-event and/or https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/15812392-add-a-sms-text-messaging-option-as-reminder-for-ev
- Yes. Please see https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/#exporting-attendees
- See #3, above
- You could BCC yourself (or some unmonitored email address you own, just as a backup). See https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/4f06f95dbff364242cf54a3b5271b182
- If I understand your question completely, yes to some of that information at the same place you export attendee data per event (see #5, above). However, there isn’t any way to see all events an individual has registered for or attended.
I really do appreciate you asking these nitty-gritty questions. I hope we can answer Yes to more of your questions over time. We’re continually improving and trying to meet many use cases and satisfy many feature requests. You could add some ideas to our plugins’ UserVoice page to allow others who are interested in these features to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
December 7, 2016 at 5:39 am in reply to: [tribe_events view="month"] Multiple categories not showing correctly #1202556Cliff
MemberHi AnnMarie.
Thanks for your detailed question.
At this time, the tribe_events shortcode can only display events from a single category, and it needs to be the Event Category’s slug.
Also, the shortcode argument for it is “category”, not “cat”, as in the example you shared.
You could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

December 7, 2016 at 5:32 am in reply to: Fix for Event Aggregator Imports Inconsistent Times #1202553Cliff
MemberAnd regarding your other question:
Can I import/display events from both private AND public Google Calendars using event aggregator?
Yes. You can test this by copying the iCal URL they provide you and seeing if you can download their ICS file from a browser you’re not signed into.
Again, you can buy it and try it and get a refund if it doesn’t meet your needs.

MemberLet’s move this to your other pre-sales thread. 🙂

MemberHi, Marina. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
This isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
I see you’re using W3TC. You might benefit from this article (third-party, unsure if it’s still accurate or could possibly affect that errant output).
There might be some new updates available (for example, I see your PRO version isn’t the latest). Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers

- TEC Automatic Updates

December 7, 2016 at 5:25 am in reply to: Fix for Event Aggregator Imports Inconsistent Times #1202549Cliff
MemberHi, Rachael.
Thanks for your interest in Event Aggregator.
I’m assuming you saw this issue at our Known Issues page, where this bug’s status on that page is currently listed as “Fix coming soon”.
Basically, it’s a high-priority issue (as you can imagine) but we do not provide ETAs. As you can imagine in developing software, you can code something, think it’s working, then realize it isn’t and have to re-code it before releasing it. I’d like to think sometime this month (if not, definitely January), but I really can’t say. We definitely aim for reliable, performant service, and I know our team is hard at work on this and many other things.
You can keep watching that page or you can make your purchase now and try it out within your 30 day refund period. It’s your choice.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Jessica.
We do not provide support for WooCommerce or its coupons, cart, checkout, payment gateways, etc.
The best I can suggest is making sure your coupon doesn’t have rules for being active on a specific product or price amount that maybe it is actually performing how it was told to. You might also check if any coupons work on other products (i.e. non-tickets products).
Sorry I can’t be of more help here, but you might be able to contact WooCommerce support.
Please let me know what you find out.
Thanks.
