    Pre sale questions: We will be integrating this with Woo Commerce.

    1, Is there a way for the customer to cancel their registration within a certain number of days of the event?
    2. Is there a way to create a waiting list for an event and if there is a cancellation, for everyone on the waiting list to be sent an automatic email?
    3. Can the business send an email to past registrants of classes? For instance, if there were class materials that needed to be updated, could a list of all email addresses of registrants from that class be compiled automatically?

    Additional questions, my apologies:

    1. Is there a way to send automated reminders to registrants a specific number of days before the event?
    2. Is there a way to export class list registrants?
    3. Can emails be sent to registrants if there’s an update on the class?
    4. Is there a way to keep track of all emails sent to registrants?
    5. When searching for registrant on list, can we see contact info, classes taken, cancelled, switched, and payments for them and other attendees?

    Thanks for your interest in our Event Tickets Plus product to sell tickets via WooCommerce.

    I’ll try to answer all of your questions succinctly:

    1. No. They could contact you to manually process the refund / un-sell the ticket(s).

    3. No but giving admins / event organizers more access to their site’s data is something we’re definitely considering, just like you requested (e.g. select all people who attended Event X and send them an email, text, add to a newsletter, etc)

    8. If I understand your question completely, yes to some of that information at the same place you export attendee data per event (see #5, above). However, there isn’t any way to see all events an individual has registered for or attended.

    I really do appreciate you asking these nitty-gritty questions. I hope we can answer Yes to more of your questions over time. We’re continually improving and trying to meet many use cases and satisfy many feature requests. You could add some ideas to our plugins’ UserVoice page to allow others who are interested in these features to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.

    Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
