MemberHere’s a screenshot of my import test just now: https://cl.ly/1O1X0A3J0T42
Even odder, when I downloaded that URL’s ICS file and import that instead of the GCal URL, I got this error: https://cl.ly/473P2A0G3k2H — “There was an error fetching the results from your import: The import parameters were invalid.”
I’ve passed this on to our developers.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I can tell you it’s a high-priority issue, though.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberIf I’m understanding your request accurately…
1)
Why request duplicate information in Attendee Meta that RSVP already asks for?
2)
I previously suggested that, if visitors are not logged in, then you could add a JS snippet to keep those 2 fields in sync.
By this, I imagine a JavaScript snippet that essentially copies the user input from Attendee Meta “name” and “email” fields and copies them to the RSVP form fields, optionally even hiding those duplicate inputs.

I have provided you about as much support as I can toward your desired customization, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
If there’s a code snippet you’d like me to put some eyes on or something else I can help you with, please update this thread or create a new thread if it’s a separate issue.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
Cliff
MemberThanks for confirming this, and sorry this is happening.
Unfortunately, I don’t think this is expected to be resolved very soon.
Still, this thread should receive an update once there’s one to share.
Have a great rest of your week.

MemberKalle, I’m glad you can create new imports now.
I checked your license and I don’t see anything wrong with what you’ve got entered. Maybe try clicking that “Save Changes” button in the Licenses tab and see if that does something, otherwise it looks correct to me.
That gray color is from this CSS rule — https://cl.ly/1k3V3z112B2l — from this file: /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/vendor/select2/select2.css
So it’s direct from the Select2 library we use to create those drop-downs. I think it’s meant to communicate that the currently-selected choice (the default) should not be your final choice before moving forward.
I hope this helps in some way. Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.
Cliff
MemberInteresting. It didn’t change/fix/work for me, but are you okay with closing this thread now?
Cliff
MemberHi, Tom.
Our Community Events add-on enables users to create content on your calendar.
Please reference its New User Primer for additional information.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Murray.
Please look inside this file: /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php
and find any mention of “do_action” to discover the different action hooks that you or your developer could use to customize this for your needs.
You can also reference these resources:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/ (if you prefer a template override instead of an action hook)

MemberHi, Bruce.
Could you please specify what errors you’re seeing (e.g. JavaScript console, WP_DEBUG, other)?
Please include any links, screenshots, and/or video screen captures that may help communicate the issues.
Thank you.
Cliff
MemberYou bet! Thanks for the kind words. Have a great day.

MemberGotcha. Event Tickets Plus replaced that now-legacy plugin over a year ago now.
You should deactivate The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets and use only Event Tickets & Event Tickets Plus. Please reference this KB article for more information.
As far as a different payment gateway, you should look to see if WooCommerce has that payment gateway option. If you have follow-up questions about that, please ask WooCommerce support or open a separate thread in our forums.
Thanks!
Cliff
MemberSeeing 2 duplicate options for WooCommerce tickets is definitely odd.
My initial thought is maybe you have 2 instances of WooCommerce, like if your theme bundles WooCommerce with it.
If you deactivate the WooCommerce plugin, do both of those WooCommerce ticket options go away or just one of the two?
Cliff
MemberRick, that looks like the SiteOrigin Page Builder, which we do not specifically code for.
However, I tried that shortcode from your screenshot
[tribe_events view="photo" tribe-bar="false"]in a Text Widget and it worked just fine for me… except that it displays the Event List View instead of the Event Photo View, which was odd.
Do you get the same behavior when testing on a page other than your homepage?
Cliff
MemberGood find, Jeff.
Could you please share which plugin you found to be conflicting?
Cliff
MemberI see this is scheduled, but I can’t give any meaningful expected date. Best I can say is very likely sometime this month (but no guarantees).
Thanks for your patience.
