ParticipantI have purchased Event Tickets Plus. When I added, when adding tickets, WooCommerce was showing up twice. I disabled the Event Tickets and then deleted it. When doing this I don’t have the option for inserting the license for Event Ticket Plus. Do you have to have Event Ticket Plugin and Event Ticket Plus plugin both activated. When I do this I see double entries for the ticket in the shopping cart. Please help.

MemberHi, Tamera. Sorry you’re experiencing this. I don’t quite follow what is happening for you. Please share any screenshots or video screen captures that can better communicate what’s happening.
Also, since this doesn’t sound like a known issue, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

ParticipantI’ve attached the screen shots. Any help you can provide in identifying why two options for WooCommerce when adding a ticket. I do have a PDF document. If you can send me an email I can forward you the documentation. I tried uploading it said not supported.
Issue: Issues with Adding Tickets – WooCommerce listed twice and creates two tickets for each ticket added.
Why is WooCommerce listed twice?
If select first one it doesn’t include the a price field. The second option includes a price field. If I add a ticket, there are two tickets. If I delete one, they both are deleted. Registration page shows $495 option but when I add one ticket, the Cart displays twice.December 6, 2016 at 9:51 am #1202180Tamera

ParticipantI had an extra plug in installed –The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets. The only plugins I have activated are The Events Calendar, Event Tickets, and Event Tickets Plus.

MemberSeeing 2 duplicate options for WooCommerce tickets is definitely odd.
My initial thought is maybe you have 2 instances of WooCommerce, like if your theme bundles WooCommerce with it.
If you deactivate the WooCommerce plugin, do both of those WooCommerce ticket options go away or just one of the two?

ParticipantCliff it was a duplicate Events Calendar Plugin called The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets. Since I had the Events Calendar, Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, I didn’t need the WooCommerce Tickets plugin. Not exactly sure when I downloaded but definitely caused confusion.
I do have one other question, we use the firstdata gateway and have two terminals. Any suggestion if you have two different terminals and want bookshop orders to go into one account and tickets into a different account. Both are using WooCommerce. Any suggestions you have would be appreciated. I love the Tickets Plus but nothing is ever easy is it. If you have a thought I would be much appreciated.

MemberGotcha. Event Tickets Plus replaced that now-legacy plugin over a year ago now.
You should deactivate The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets and use only Event Tickets & Event Tickets Plus. Please reference this KB article for more information.
As far as a different payment gateway, you should look to see if WooCommerce has that payment gateway option. If you have follow-up questions about that, please ask WooCommerce support or open a separate thread in our forums.
Thanks!
