MemberI heard of two users reporting a different issue that might be related to Wordfence. I’m waiting to hear back from both of them.
Please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

MemberThanks for your candid feedback.
I did find an internal feature request ticket that I added this thread to as a +1
From what I can tell, work hasn’t been started on integrating Filter Bar with our tribe_events shortcode, but it is something we plan to eventually build.
I also checked with Nico, who helped you on your previous thread, and he said he found the code snippet from an even older thread so it is very possible it isn’t current for v4.4, due to the major changes we’ve had since then.
I hope this information helps in some way, even if just to let you know we are working on implementing the feature you’re inquiring about.

MemberI saw one other user report this same issue (not more than you two to my knowledge), but I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue on my local testing site with RSVP or WooCommerce ticket types.
You each have different themes but both have dozens of plugins but the only one that’s the exact same version number is Redirection version 2.5 by John Godley.
Besides Modern Tribe plugins, the only other plugin that is the same but non-identical version is Wordfence Security. I’d suggest trying disabling that.
Also, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while buying test tickets (with Attendee Meta data), changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Of course, we recommend using a staging site and/or complete backups (files and database) before attempting anything like this.
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberTo be clear regarding my previous comment, the developers were researching WooCommerce / Tickets stock counts.
Attendee Meta functionality was added since then but my recommendation to submit orders via the single events page still stands.
And regarding tickets for recurring events, no there is no way to pick a specific date because our ticketing plugins do not support PRO’s recurring events functionality.
I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3685663-recurring-event-support-for-tickets — Please do add your vote.
One workaround idea is to create all your recurring events, break them all from the recurrence series (so they become single/standalone events) and then add tickets to each single/standalone event.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

MemberGotcha.
Our developers researched this about a year ago and here are some of their notes:
1)
The WooCommerce philosophy is manual orders or manual changes to orders require manual stock adjustment – so it will not automatically subtract that unit from the available inventory
2)
This appears to be intended WooCommerce functionality when manually completing WooCommerce orders. WooCommerce does have a way you can manipulate stock after manually completing an order, though. Steps are:
1. Manually complete order
2. Click the View icon (the eyeball) on the Order
3. Scroll down to “Order Items” and check the box next to the item that was purchased.
4. At the bottom left of the “Order Items” meta box is a drop down. Select “Reduce line item stock” and click the little circle button.Reference woo ticket: https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/issues/5117 (roykho is a Woo dev)
We could possibly hook into WooCommerce and change things around, but I think that may be overstepping what we can/should do with a 3rd party plugin’s behavior.

If you want everything to work as normal for your checkout, it’s advisable to have you complete the checkout form for the user as if they were completing it themselves.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberOlivia, I’m sorry if I misunderstood your original question.
Are you having issues with the non-legacy import or is your question specifically that the legacy import “Eventbrite” tab is not appearing?
I glanced through the code and didn’t see anything that should cause it to not appear.
Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while visiting Events > Legacy Import, Events > Import, changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
January 19, 2017 at 1:53 pm in reply to: Upgrade to 4.4 and new recurring rules messing up events in the calendar #1221136Cliff
MemberHi, Lucy.
There’s currently a bug in the recurrence data migrated from pre-4.4 to 4.4
We know of “every week” recurrences and “daily” recurrences that didn’t get ported over fully (just partially).
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi, Rub.
Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
We don’t have strong RTL support (some themes that integrate with our plugins, like Avada, might add RTL functionality to our plugin).
We have this information regarding translations:
- Translating the premium plugins
- Translating The Events Calendar (free/core plugin)
- How to Override Plugin Language Files (custom language files on your own site)
- Customizing/Changing any bit of text (actual code snippet is at the very bottom)
If I’m understanding your buyers / user levels question, we do not currently have such functionality, but you might check for a similar existing idea at our UserVoice feature request site.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Siobhan.
I moved your private stuff from your initial message (which can never be changed to a Private Reply) into your second message (a Private Reply).
For reference, here’s your previous/related thread.
To answer your question, you’re correct about being limited in helping with customizations and I’m sorry to say pagination can definitely be tricky and is outside the scope of our typical assistance with customizations, if any.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your site developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

January 18, 2017 at 5:48 pm in reply to: Do I need to buy Event Aggregator to replace Facebook Import? #1220662Cliff
MemberHi, Angela.
You are correct that you now need Event Aggregator (EA), which has replaced Facebook Importer.
We granted EA licenses to you and others who purchased our now-legacy plugins.
You can get your EA license from https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
One other thing I should note about Event Aggregator is that it is a service and is already built into The Events Calendar. In other words, there’s no need to install anything new. Simple purchase the license, enter the license key on the Events > Settings > Licenses screen, and that will unlock the importing features under Events > Import.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.
Cliff
MemberHi, Chuck.
Could you please walk me through how you’re submitting such orders — exactly what you mean by you submitting orders manually?
Cliff
MemberHi, Sacha.
Thanks for the detailed information.
Could you please provide me the full shortcode you’re using so I can test and try to replicate this issue?
Please also share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
January 18, 2017 at 5:41 pm in reply to: Unable to View Month View – Causes Non-Responsive Page #1220658Cliff
MemberHi, Michael. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Each performance-related issue can be a unique mix of theme, plugins, settings, hosting, etc. but we do have these resources available that might help:
- Caching Basics
- Caching Month View Transients
- The Events Calendar Performance Considerations
- Some of our favorite plugins for developers
I’d strongly suggest starting by enabling WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and resolving any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Please let me know what you find out and how things go for you.
