MemberPlease temporarily enable Check or some other payment method, have the autocomplete order setting enabled, and do a test ticket purchase with a WooCommerce ticket. Then see if the issue is specific to PayPal or the autocomplete order setting.
Thank you.

MemberHi, Roger and/or Dennis. Sorry you’re experiencing this. Anytime we hear of a spinning wheel, it’s likely there is a console error (see below for more info).
Since this isn’t currently a known issue, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi, Luca. Sorry you’re experiencing this. If you share an annotated screenshot or video screen capture, it might help communicate what you’re seeing and what exactly the issue is.

MemberHi, Clement. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
We do have a bug currently logged for when using PayPal via WooCommerce. Is that also your situation?
For example, if you have both PayPal and Check payment methods enabled in your WooCommerce settings and someone pays via Check while the autocomplete order setting is enabled, then does the issue still happen?

MemberHi, Michael.
Our Event Aggregator solution does not have any special logic for importing from other sites running The Events Calendar.
However, I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/16852576-let-users-import-events-from-other-ecp-installs-vi
Please do add your vote there.
This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.

You’ll need to provide your actual iCal link for me to try to assist further with your reported issue of venues/addresses not coming through correctly.
Thank you.

MemberHi, Camilla.
Are you asking about the Tribe Bar (top of your screenshot) or the Filter Bar (bottom of your screenshot)?
And are you asking how you could display the Tribe Bar and/or the Filter Bar anywhere throughout your site instead of only on the Events archive views?
Cliff
MemberHi. Could you please clarify if you’re referring to this extension: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/add-view-ticket-link-to-the-my-tickets-screen/ ?
If not, please link to which of our extensions you are referring to.
Also, please describe exactly what is not working for you. If you share an annotated screenshot or video screen capture, it might help communicate what you’re seeing and what exactly the issue is.

MemberHere’s the feedback from one of our developers:
The difference might be that your local dev $_SERVER[‘PHP_SELF’] is being set to the expected value but in production/staging it is not.
You might want to revise your test where you check to see if it is an admin ajax request. Instead of $_SERVER[‘PHP_SELF’] != ‘/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php’, you should maybe have a conditional at the top of the function along these lines:
if ( defined( 'DOING_AJAX' ) && DOING_AJAX ) { return; }Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberLee, I’m not sure if you already fixed the issue yourself or if it always was how it is now, but I had an accessibility developer take a look and the report back was that what you have at this time is good to go for WCAG (passing both aXe and WAVE testing).
Here’s a screenshot they took:
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberHi.
In our forums we keep our threads focused on just one issue at a time to ensure we fully answer each of your questions/issues. Please keep this in mind for the future. Thanks for your understanding.
1)
I can see the Use Saved Venue (in your site’s language) options in your form’s source code, but I do see it not displaying.
Using Divi theme version 3.0.31, I cannot replicate this issue on the Community Events form.
2)
We do not provide layout assistance for various themes, but this may help (although more custom CSS–or changing some theme option–may also be required for a full solution):
@media screen and (min-width: 61.5625em) { body.tribe_community_edit.tribe-theme-parent-Divi:not(.search-results) article:not(.type-page) .entry-content { width:100%; } }===
In summary, since we do not provide support for non-default WordPress themes and cannot replicate it with the base Divi theme, I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core and Divi) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates

- WordPress core updates

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it does, please play with your plugin and/or theme options and custom code to try to fix the conflict.
