ParticipantI have the following issue:
When I use the shortcode tribe_events view=”month” and click the prev/next buttons to change the displayed month everything works fine. The shown dates change accordingly. I can also see how the correct varibles are added to the url (for example “/?tribe-bar-date=2017-03”).When I reload the page the calendar seems to recognize these varibles in the URL since it still shows the correct month name in the title and on the prev/next buttons.
But the calendar items are reset to the current month. You can try this for yourself on the following site:
Just navigate ahead to March (with the large yellow prev/next buttons below the calendar) and reload the page. You see how you are not shown the items of march anymore, but of January again (despite seeing the correct title (March/März) above the calendar and the correct buttons below)I’m using both plugins in their newest builds (The Events Calendar PRO 4.4.1, The Events Calendar 4.4.1.1). My WordPress is also the current version 4.7.2
Looking forward to hear from you!

ParticipantHello Cliff,
thank you for taking the time to check on my issue.
In your video you are testing exactly the issue I’m experiencing – so it seems we are talking about the same thing.
But could you really reproduce the same behaviour on my website? I’m unsure because:I tried it in 3 different browsers (FF 51.0.1, IE 11, Chrome 55) and it happens every time. And the whole reason I realized the issue in the first place was because many of the customers (the users of the website) experienced the issue on their personal computers. So I doubt the problem is on my end?
I re-activated the well known “maintenance” plugin, deactivated all other plugins except the two “event calendar” plugins, re-installed the “Twenty Seventeen” theme and shortened my used shortcode from tribe_events view=”month” to your version tribe_events.
The error still persists. I took two screenshots to show what I’m talking about and will attach them to this post, together with the system info you asked for.Looking forward to hear from you again!

MemberI’m not sure if this is what happened on your site last time I visited it, but I do experience the issue at your site. Here’s my testing video: https://cl.ly/1s1g1f384346
As stated in the video, refreshing the next month (March) view makes events from the current month (February) appear in March, which of course is not correct.
Might you have any custom code in place, possibly affecting the WP_Query?

ParticipantYes – that is exactly the problem!
And it doesn’t matter what the URL says, the calendar always shows the dates of the current month (now February) when you refresh the page.
If you use the prev/next buttons the correct events load.To answer your question:
No, I don’t change the query on that page in any way. With this site it’s the standard “if (have_posts()): … while(have_posts()): the_post(); … call and after that the default the_content(); call. And the error persited when I changed to the twenty seventeen theme.
By the way: all this only happens when using the event calendar via the shortcode [tribe_events].
If you browse the “default” page of the events (the URL specified in the event calendar options as the “URL slug for events”) everything works fine:
http://www.ekg-hechtsheim.de/veranstaltungen/(please see the attached screenshot which setting I mean)

MemberI re-watched my testing video and noticed it for a split second. I tested again just now (here’s the new video) to more clearly demonstrate that I was able to replicate the issue!
Sorry for the confusion here. We have the bug report filed internally; a fix is to be determined.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
