Current Month Title at the top of calendar

I need to change the color from black to red for the Current Month listed at the Top of the Calendar. Right now you can see the navigation of Last Month (to the left) and Next Month (to the right) but how do I show the Current Month in red and I’ve changed all the settings and it won’t change.

In the screen shot …. On the left I have high lighted that the current month is there…. But its Black and doesn’t show up as seen on the left… I have changed every setting in the theme with no luck changing that color… Please Help!!

If I have missed something I Apologize in Advance.
