MemberThe console errors link to both https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#missing-key-map-error and https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#no-api-keys
Therefore, I’m guessing you didn’t enter a Google Maps API key at wp-admin > Events > Settings > APIs tab
Please follow https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/ and let me know how it goes for you.

MemberThis file is the template for the Tickets Moved email that gets sent: /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email-tickets-moved.php
You can look into that file’s contents or just demo it yourself to see how it looks coming from your site to your own personal/testing email.
Regarding moving tickets to a different price ticket, it’s just moved to that ticket. If you moved them from a $20 ticket to a $50 ticket, they won’t see a bill for $30. If from $15 to $10, they won’t get a $5 refund automatically.
Stock/quantity available is a manual adjustment process, as I believe it showed in the video.
If you do come across some scenarios you think aren’t handled properly and would therefore be considered bugs or feature requests, please do open a new forum thread (assuming you only discover such things in the future).
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberHeather, I just now visited those 2 links and the first seems to have checkboxes appearing (not radio) and the second appears to have the text area appearing just fine.
Did your issue get resolved or is there still something for me to look at here?

MemberBruce, thanks for reporting back about this topic.
I’ll close this thread and the internal bug report it was attached to.
I’m glad it worked out!

MemberThe Event edit screen’s checkboxes operate differently from the Venue’s. The Venue’s only applies when viewing a Venue archive page.
As far as those 2 boxes not appearing on your Event edit screen, this isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberAngela, I tested and it worked for me: https://cl.ly/1j440h1h1N3A
If you do that Facebook URL as a one-time import, does it also work for you, displaying the preview?
If not, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please re-share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

MemberHi. You might try wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab > and change the “Events template” option and see if that works for you.
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberHi, Christopher.
You might see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Please provide a link where I can see the issue if you can’t resolve this yourself after looking at the console.
Thanks.

MemberHi, Jack. Sorry you’re experiencing this. Anytime we hear of spinning things, it’s likely a console error (see below for more details).
Here are the full troubleshooting steps (console errors is listed last here but you could check it first if you wish):

- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates

Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I see your WordPress language is set to German. If you change it to another language, like English, and then re-save your Permalinks — then does it work?
Cliff
MemberExcellent. Thanks! 🙂

MemberHi, Thomas.
I visited http://www.dmk-online.dk/kalender/kort/ (Map View) and there were no events to display.
Please create a test event occurring on February 14, 2017, assigned to a Venue that is mappable, and then see if that test event displays on your Map View.

MemberSteve, I visited your Month View and saw what you mentioned.
I see you modified the colors via our Customizer settings. I was also able to replicate this behavior on my testing site.
I investigated and the issue is that the styles from the Customizer settings are printed to the footer and therefore don’t take effect until the entire rest of the page is loaded.
You may try to edit the plugin’s core files to resolve this on your site:
Replace wp_print_footer_scripts with wp_head on Line 122 of these files/locations:
- /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/common/src/Tribe/Customizer.php
- /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/vendor/tickets/common/src/Tribe/Customizer.php
- /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/common/src/Tribe/Customizer.php (if you have Event Tickets plugin installed)
Then the issue should be resolved (until possibly our next plugin update, of course).
Please let me know how this goes for you.
