MemberHi, Brent.
This is likely a JavaScript issue, possibly with the way your theme integrates with WooCommerce (or doesn’t).
I’d also suggest testing if things operate the same way in all your different browsers.
If you can’t resolve the issue with your theme author, would you be able to share a link to where I can see this for myself? Also, sharing a screen capture video might be helpful in case it’s operating differently for me and my browser.

MemberHi, Sonya. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
On the latest versions of WordPress core, all our plugins, WooCommerce, and the Twenty Sixteen theme, this is what I see at my-site-com/my-account/edit-address/: https://cl.ly/3b3J0u1m2y07
Is this different from what you’re experiencing?
May 2, 2017 at 3:23 pm in reply to: Will Community Events feature allows you to create a directory of event hosts? #1277696Cliff
MemberHi, Yayoi.
Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/6240229-organizer-directory-list
Please do add your vote there. This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
As stated at that UserVoice idea, the closest built-in feature we have to something like this is https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/listing-venues-and-organizers/, which does not require our Community Events add-on.
Events, Organizers, and Venues are 3 different custom post types. At this time, an Event can have multiple Organizers but only a single Venue. Our Events Calendar PRO add-on enables single Venue pages, like this from our demo site: http://wpshindig.com/venue/zoosk/
You could custom code something similar for Organizers, but there’s not an archive view for all Venues or all Organizers, which is more along the lines of what you’re asking for if not implemented via a shortcode, for example.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi.
If you’re wanting the list of attendees to display on the single event page, it already does this. Just make sure to not check this box.
If you want to display it elsewhere, here are 2 shortcode options, depending on what you’re wanting:
1)
2)

MemberHi, Ben. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
I assume you’re asking about using Event Tickets Plus along with The Events Calendar.
When you add a ticket with a cost of $10, the event will display that the event costs $10. If you add another ticket for $20, it will display “$10-$20”.
We have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

Please see this recent thread of the same topic and let me know if you have any additional questions.

MemberHi, Ripley.
This is what I see for that Google search: https://cl.ly/0Q0v3B1i3x0d
I assume you see something different. Would you be able to share a screenshot, screen capture video, and/or relevant URLs (like the single event link) to clarify exactly what you’re seeing?

MemberHi. Could you please provide the API URL you’re visiting so I can try to confirm this?
Thank you.

MemberHi, Deb.
I believe you have some custom code or some plugin conflict that is causing the class name to be altered. Please reference this screenshot: https://cl.ly/3m083y463R12
I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
May 2, 2017 at 1:32 pm in reply to: "View all" recurring events list not displaying events in chronological order #1277612Cliff
MemberSorry to hear that, Nicholas.
FYI: the latest updates didn’t address this issue, so that would make sense.
Do you have a development/staging site we could see this happening and where it’s in Testing for Conflicts mode and WP_DEBUG enabled?
Cliff
MemberYou’re welcome. Have a great week!
May 2, 2017 at 1:18 pm in reply to: WordPress default search not showing current year for events #1277602Cliff
MemberThanks for confirming.
I’ve logged this as a feature request internally with our developers — to either be a filter or a new setting/option.
I don’t expect it to be implemented right away, but I’d guess it isn’t going to be a big effort to accomplish.

MemberHere’s a code snippet that you can customize to insert a default value for your PRO Additional Fields:

Customize it to your needs and then please let me know how it worked for you.
