ParticipantWe have multiple events that are pulling information from The Events Calendar incorrectly on Google.
https://www.ripleyaquariums.com/canada/visit/hours/Example:
When you search ‘Ripley’s Aquarium of Canda’ on Google, it shows that our Splash! event is on Saturday, May 6th. The event is Friday, May 5th and has never been altered from this date. The same thing is happening with our upcoming Friday Night Jazz event.

MemberHi, Ripley.
This is what I see for that Google search: https://cl.ly/0Q0v3B1i3x0d
I assume you see something different. Would you be able to share a screenshot, screen capture video, and/or relevant URLs (like the single event link) to clarify exactly what you’re seeing?

ParticipantThat is what I see as well, but the gray date is wrong it is showing “sat. May 6” on the left.
The correct date is Friday the 5th, it is in the calendar as Friday the 5th and google is showing it as Saturday the 6th. Why? Where is that calling in, or why is it showing up as a day later?
This is the event page: https://www.ripleyaquariums.com/canada/groups-events/splash/Thanks

ParticipantAlthough our site is set on UTC-5 this calendar is pulling in as GMT, which is how google is reading it.
Where can we change that? We will have hundreds, if not thousands of guests showing up on the wrong day!
Image of code is attached.https://www.ripleyaquariums.com/canada/event/friday-night-jazz-ivory-the-sugar-daddies/
That’s the one I put into the structed data testing toolthanks

MemberWell now it shows only May 5 and not May 5-6: https://cl.ly/1I2t200z2o2P
I put this event (the one initially in question) in Google’s Structured Data Testing Tool, here, and see a UTC offset, but it’s off by one hour (UTC-4 instead of UTC-5): https://cl.ly/0E0p3N2C1W37
Did you change anything with this event that Google now is displaying it differently?
Could you please send me the wp-admin event edit screen for this event so I can see its date and time settings and also the date it was published?

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
