MemberHi. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
I’m almost certain this would be possible. However, providing such in-depth customization is not included in our Scope of Support / Terms.
In other words, we can point you in the right direction, even reviewing the code snippet you come up with, but we wouldn’t typically provide the full start-to-finish custom code.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your own developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Debra.
Thanks for your detailed question.
Please search for the string “listed under” throughout these three files:
- https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/4.5.0.2/src/Tribe/Template/Day.php
- https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/4.5.0.2/src/Tribe/Template/Month.php
Then, please reference this information regarding translations:
- How to Override Plugin Language Files (custom language files on your own site)
- Customizing/Changing any bit of text (actual code snippet is at the very bottom) — or using the Say what? plugin (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us) might be easier to setup and use to do the same thing as our provided code snippet
Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

MemberI’m sorry, but I’m not 100% clear what you’re reporting here. Would you be able to share a screen capture video of your testing?
Cliff
MemberThanks for reporting back, Tucker.
- To be clear, the reported conflict is with with Social Login plugin from http://www.oneall.com/ — only when logging in with either Facebook or Instagram — and when also using Chrome or Firefox, correct?
- Did you also disable all other plugins (besides ours and Social Login) and still reproduce the issue?
- Did you enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and look at /wp-content/debug.log and see if that file exists when you reproduce this issue? If yes, please report back.
- Is there a way for us to test (i.e. try to reproduce the issue ourselves) for the Social Login plugin conflict that you described without having to sign up for a paid account?
Thanks!
Cliff
MemberIt’s interesting, and kind of neat I guess, that people just use Google to view (or maybe remind themselves of) the date and time and don’t actually go to your site to view all the event details.
I see your timezone is not set in WordPress settings and instead you set a manual UTC offset.
Since you’re in Virginia, I’d suggest going to wp-admin > Settings > General > and set your timezone to New York.
First, you could try changing this event’s timezone to New York and see if that helps any. (Of course, make sure to clear your site’s cache before re-testing in Google’s tool.)
To the possibility of there being a bug here, though, I see that the JSON-LD at http://krishnadas.com/event/yoga-devotion-retreat-krishna-das/ is https://cl.ly/3X0a1k3U3b35
In other words, it doesn’t have a specified timezone, like my testing site does (set to Chicago timezone but converted to UTC+00:00): https://cl.ly/2O0N1I1Y3u0Z
So both your site and my site are displaying in UTC time, but your site doesn’t have “+00:00” at the end of the time. I’ll log this bug, as I was able to reproduce the issue on my testing site.
I’ll also mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberYou bet!
Cliff
MemberSorry for the frustrations here, Pylon, and thanks for clarifying the situation.
Have a great day.

MemberI’m glad to have helped thus far toward this customization for your site. I provided the solution I thought would be most appropriate and useful for you and other users, which is why I was able to go a bit above-and-beyond here. However, we’re limited in how much customization help we can provide, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
There are a variety of ways your desired implementation could be accomplished. If there’s a code snippet you’d like me to put some eyes on or something else I can help you with, please update this ticket or create a new ticket if it’s a separate issue.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

MemberBoth https://www.facebook.com/downtowninc and https://www.facebook.com/pg/downtowninc/events/ worked for me: https://cl.ly/3Y2f3c280Q2g
I then tried https://www.facebook.com/grandcentralartcenter and https://www.facebook.com/pg/grandcentralartcenter/events/ and still neither worked… which is the bug I reported to our developers.
Please try both of the “downtowninc” page’s URLs again (either worked for me) and if it doesn’t work, please go to wp-admin > Events > Help > check your “Event Aggregator System Status” at the bottom of the page
Even if Facebook connection looks good/green, please go to wp-admin > Events > Settings > APIs tab > and disconnect and then reconnect your Facebook and then try a “downtowninc” URL again and see if it then works for you.
Maybe even try another browser just in case that could be the issue.
Please let me know how this goes for you.
Cliff
MemberYou’re very welcome. Have a great rest of your week!

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I tested https://www.facebook.com/grandcentralartcenter in Event Aggregator’s Preview and I experienced the same.
However, when I visited https://www.facebook.com/pg/grandcentralartcenter/events/, it said there are no Upcoming Events.
Also, when I tried to scroll down to see additional Past Events, it just kept trying to load: https://cl.ly/0W184415391Z
I’ll report the “forever loading” issue to our developers for investigation. Maybe it is supposed to be displaying the message of “No upcoming events found” but doesn’t…
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi, Mike.
Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
Event Aggregator (EA) would be the only purchase needed to bring in events from Google Calendar.
Note that if there’s a recurring event in Gcal, EA will import each instance of it as a separate event, not importing the entire recurrence series/rules. Therefore, having Events Calendar PRO (which gives the ability to create recurring events within WordPress) wouldn’t affect your import results from Gcal.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberI’m glad to hear it was that simple.
Some caching plugins concatenate CSS in attempt to optimize page load.
Our month view has the mobile CSS delivered via a <link> tag with a media query attribute.
Therefore, a concatenation of all the CSS files into one would load the mobile stylesheet even for non-mobile browser widths.
I hope this helps you understand what’s happening. 🙂

MemberNina/Tony,
Sorry that detailed reply didn’t come through. Did you reply via email? If yes, maybe it’s in your sent folder?
Either way, moving forward, I’d suggest taking a single event as a sample and put it through Google’s Structured Data Testing Tool to see how it digests that URL.
If you do find some discrepancies there, please share a screenshot of the inaccurate test results and the URL that was tested.
Please also provide a screenshot of this event’s wp-admin event edit screen so I can see its date and time settings.
Thank you.

MemberHi. Thanks for this feature request idea.
Please post it as a new idea (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in this feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.
