GuestHi,
Wonder if you can help me. I am about to commence work on a kids camp website. They want the option to be able to book multiple days for their kids to attend and I have a few questions.
1. Can I setup one event that the user can select multiple days to attend?
2. Can I have a limit on event availability? There are only 60 spaces, once they are full the event is disabled or not available?
3. Can their be additional features (add ons) added to each event, e.g. early drop off and late pick up etc for £4 extra? If you could let me know that would be great. Thanks.
Regards
Joel

MemberHi, Joel. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
Although not exactly your question, this may be relevant:
Our Event Tickets Plus (ET+) add-on does allow you to sell tickets, but it currently does not support Events Calendar PRO‘s Recurring Events functionality.
If you start to create a ticket for a recurring event, there will be a little question mark notice that reads:
Currently, tickets will only show up on the frontend once per full event. For PRO users this means the same ticket will appear across all events in the series. Please configure your events accordingly.
You should add your vote to this existing feature request for Event Tickets to support PRO’s recurring events.
Something some users are doing right now is using PRO’s recurring events to populate their events calendar but then breaking each occurrence from the series to turn them into single events — basically using PRO as an event generator but not actually using its recurring events functionality on the front-end. Others are just dealing with the tickets on recurring events even though you can’t then tell which occurrence they reserved the ticket for… use this information for your own reference but please don’t take it as any sort of recommendation.
You can create multiple different tickets for a single event, like this:
- Child $5
- Adult $10
- Senior $7
You can limit the quantity per ticket or per event (what we call Global Stock).
ET+ can accept Attendee Meta information, often used for something like T-Shirt Size, but it cannot then change the price of the ticket. Although not quite as nice of a UX, you could create 2 versions of each ticket–one that includes early drop-off and one that doesn’t.
Back to your first question again, we don’t have the functionality to change the price of a ticket based on its Attendee Meta selections, but if it’s the same price to attend 1 or 5 days of the 5 day event, you could add an Attendee Meta field for which days they plan to attend… if, however, it’s $10 per day, you’d need 5 separate Events, each with a $10 ticket attached to it. (I hope that made sense.)
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

GuestThank you for your reply Cliff. I’m really trying to find an all-in-one solution for this. If I can’t i’ll definitely come back and see if this solution will work for me. Thank you for your response.
