MemberRSVP tickets is what comes with Event Tickets free/core plugin.
WooCommerce and EDD tickets come with Event Tickets Plus (ET+) paid add-on plugin.
Each product has discounts for multiple sites–the different license levels, like Personal (1 site), Business (3 sites), etc–but there isn’t a discount available for buying multiple plugins, such as PRO and ET+… except for our pre-built Bundles.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Cliff
MemberSounds good. If you do find a bug, feel free to open a new thread with the steps we could try to replicate it.
Thanks!
August 1, 2017 at 3:05 am in reply to: overriding list-widget stops custom CSS from working #1328661Cliff
MemberOkay, in that case, please remove your custom CSS and then try the SiteOrigin CSS plugin (it’s really neat) or send me the link to view this widget on your site and describe what styling you’re wanting.

MemberAre you experiencing issues with all events from the Google Calendar, only multi-day events (e.g. Aug 1 – Aug 3), or only recurring events?
August 1, 2017 at 2:51 am in reply to: Export Events link return error when filter bar is used #1328657Cliff
MemberThanks for your effort and detailed report.
That “Non-static method Tribe__Events__Aggregator__Records::prefix_meta() should not be called statically” error message should get fixed in an upcoming release. I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now, but I expect it’ll get done fairly quickly (weeks, not months).
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

I was not able to reproduce the issue you described with [tribe_events view=”month”], paging to October, and clicking the export button… although I did experience it at the link you shared.
I see you have W3 Total Cache activated. I’d suggest trying one or more of the following:
- deactivate that plugin and then clear your browser cache
- re-save your Permalinks
- set your WordPress timezone
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberThat text comes from https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/4.5.9/src/Tribe/Main.php#L4362
There are multiple ways to go about this. Do you want the word “Events” to be changed site-wide? If yes, I’d suggest https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/change-labels-events-venues-organizers/

MemberI believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/8391186-reminder-emails-for-x-days-before-event
Please do add your vote there.
This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
Thank you.

MemberGreat find! Thanks for letting us know.
FYI: Images don’t come through from email replies. Please keep this in mind for future threads.
Cliff
MemberOh, and I’d also suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberIn your wp-admin, I saw as of now you used 1 of 100 available today.
In your initial message here, it said, “You have reached your daily import limit.”
Are you sometimes using all of your Event Aggregator limit on some days? Do you think that message was accurate at the time?
===
All that said, several users have reported scheduled Facebook imports not working. We released some fixes, and we’re trying to figure out how to further resolve this for those who said it’s still not working, as in your case.
I’ll report this to our developers and mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberPlease do send over credentials to the staging site that was experiencing that conflict between Yoast SEO and APM, since I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on my own localhost (that conflict has been reported elsewhere on our own forums, too). Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before providing us access.
Secondly, please do explain how/why the “/events” slug isn’t part of your URLs.
Finally, would you be able to share an annotated screenshot, screen capture video (and the relevant URLs for each) to clarify exactly what’s happening here?
Cliff
MemberIn this case, I’d suggest trying to echo a different shortcode via do_shortcode… such as ‘gallery’ or a shortcode from a different plugin, not Divi.
Cliff
MemberWell I wish that wasn’t the case, but thanks for your detailed testing!
Since this definitely isn’t a currently-known issue, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.

Let us know what you find out. If you can’t figure it out, please share a screen capture video and any relevant URLs to clarify exactly what’s happening here, while in Testing for Conflicts Mode.
Thanks.
