MemberHi, Jason.
It seems you or someone else had previously added some form of Contact Form 7 integration and now maybe that form number 7 doesn’t exist anymore or something.
We don’t have any CF7 built-in so this would be outside our realm of support. I have no idea how to advise you on this one other than suggesting you take things down to bare bones and build it back up again… I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi, Jake.
Event Tickets / Event Tickets Plus is very much setup for single event applications only.
This is why creating an event that has Balcony $10, Mezzanine $25, and Orchestra $50 tickets for a performance on Saturday Night can’t have its tickets re-used… you’d have to create the exact same 3 tickets for a separate Sunday Afternoon event.
I expect such inflexibility will become more flexible to become more administrator-friendly in time as the products continue to be developed.
Some custom code could likely get you what you’re wanting, but it’s not anything built-in.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
Cliff
MemberHi, Trevor.
You might be able to get what you’re wanting with
tribe_get_option( 'custom-fields', false )Please let me know how this goes for you.
Cliff
MemberHi, Brigitte. Sorry you experienced this.
I’ll pass it along to our developers.

MemberHi, Lane.
That screenshot looks like a custom template already. It’s likely from the theme you’re using already implementing Themer’s Guide customizations.
You should contact your theme author’s support to ask about this. Please let me know what you find out.
Cliff
MemberHi, Pascal.
Please reference this code snippet (and customize it for your own needs):

Please let me know how this goes for you.
Cliff
MemberHi, Angela. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Would you be able to share an annotated screenshot, screen capture video, and/or relevant URLs to clarify exactly what’s happening here?
Cliff
MemberHi, Jessica.
I see errors related to your Jupiter child theme.
Please re-test if your issue is happening when using a WordPress default theme like Twenty Fifteen, Twenty Sixteen, Twenty Seventeen, etc.
Also, the link you shared is a wp-admin link so I wouldn’t be able to view it. Please share another link if still relevant.

MemberHi, Tanner. Thanks for your detailed question regarding customizing /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/resources/js/tribe-events-photo-view.js/.min.js to use https://isotope.metafizzy.co/layout-modes/fitrows.html
To my knowledge, the answer is basically the same as this previous thread.
However, this third-party blog post might be helpful.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.
Cliff
MemberSorry for my misunderstanding before. I tried to replicate this issue and wasn’t able to.
This isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

MemberIf there are events, it should output an .ics download when that button is clicked. Here’s a video of me reproducing your reported issue: https://cl.ly/22082g1T1q42
The empty month events with the button still being available was another bug discovered.
Therefore, this is in Pending Fix status for 2 bugs.
Thanks for reporting this issue; sorry it took me a bit to be able to replicate it.

MemberI’m unclear if you said “yes and no” to your site showing it is connected at https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
On your account, I see beta.comedyinvictoria.com is connected to both a32ac41… and 7d4f6b1… — so I’d suggest removing both of those via https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ and then re-connecting it in your wp-admin settings again.
The scheduled imports functionality is currently experiencing some difficulties, which our developers are definitely prioritizing.
Let’s make sure to get your grayed out issue fixed and then proceed.
Cliff
MemberAt the time of my previous reply, I tested with header.php of the Twenty Sixteen theme. Could you try that theme, just in case there’s something funky with Twenty Fourteen?
Also, I’d suggest testing any effect of changing wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab > template
Cliff
MemberThose are the latest versions of those 2 plugins, so that’s good.
If you change your timezone from Los Angeles (and test a 6am event), can you change your timezone to Chicago and test a 4am event and replicate the issue?
Would you be able to share a screen capture video so I can make sure I’m attempting to replicate the issue correctly?
