KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. That is correct, you can setup a recurring event but the ticket is not recurring since its part of woocommerce. You would need to add a ticket to each event individually.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. So, the way it works is you would receive 100% of the money and it would be up to you to pay your event organizers. One way to avoid this is to setup split payments but this would require some technical setup with a developer account on Paypal.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Shane,
Thanks for emailing support. So you have having a licensing issue?

KeymasterHi Eric,
Thanks for emailing support. Looks like based on the console error that the Google map API key is missing. You must get this from Google.
Here are the instructions: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/
Let me know if that works.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Yes you can install a scanner app and just have the scan open up in a browser. That way, you are able to check the attendee in.
Hope that helps.

KeymasterHi there,
In regards to having recurring events perform operations in the background, not sure if that is something they can do but its definitely something you can request at uservoice. If you have a minute, can you please post this request in our Feature Ideas Forum? This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.
Also be sure to check out our performance consideration page to see if there is something else that can be done to speed up the customer’s site.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan

KeymasterHi there,
Okay, so lets start here, how many sites do you have using that same license of 200 daily imports? Also, can you send a screenshot of the page that shows how many imports you have used?
Thanks,
Brendan

KeymasterHi there,
So when you switch to the default theme do you still have this problem? We do offer premium support but if its a theme issue there is only so much we can do.
Thanks,
Brendan

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Basically there are two ways that go beyond the level of support we offer. First would be to custom code a logout but in you navigation and when they do logout, have it redirect to the homepage. Second would be to possibly find a plugin that does this for you.
Second option may be the best unless you have a developer on hand.
Thanks

KeymasterHi there,
- If your multisite network uses the directory format for its sub-site URLs (i.e. mainsite.com/subsite), each sub-site will count as part of the main site, and a 16-site network for example will not exceed the 10-site limit.
- If your multisite network uses a domain or subdomain format for its sub-site URLs (i.e. subsite.mainsite.com or subsite.com), each sub-site will appear to Event Aggregator as having a unique root URL, and a 16-site network for example will exceed the 10-site limit.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Matt,
So I apologize for the error. I spoke to one of our developers and they stated that particular file cannot be edited. In any case, that is why they gave us the function. The themer’s guide that I posted above as a list of the files that can be edited and where to place them.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
No, you can only share the license with 10 sites. Meaning it can only be installed on 10 sites. Even if you only use 10 imports for each site.
Hope that helps.

KeymasterHi Paul,
Its 100 events. So lets say you link to a Facebook event page that has 200 events, it will pull in 100 events each day.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
There are no sub-calendars but you can create a category. For example lets say you have the category “personal”. Then you can go directly to that link and only see your events that are in this category. ie: website.com/events/month/?tribe_eventcategory=personal
In regards to your image, description, etc, the aggregator will pull whatever is matched up. It will give you a preview of what options and then from there its automatic.
In any case, we do offer a 30 day refund if for some reason it doesn’t meet your needs.
Thanks,
Brendan -
