I wonder if its a conflict with the theme or another plugin. To get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.

I agree with you and its been investigated extensively per devs. I know they are currently working on a fix but do not have a timeframe unfortunately. Just know its top priority and will get back to you as soon as its resolved.

Thats definetly a weird issue. You can try installing a plugin that cleans up the database and any transient records. Are you as the admin able to delete it on the frontend?

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately we cannot log into accounts but after speaking with devs they have discovered a bug with this. It has to do with the global stock not updating correctly.

I am marking this ticket as a pending fix. As soon as a fix is released, they will notify you.

So for the events calendar, you keep the license as is and then further down you should have an option for the event aggregator license.

Are you able to see that? Can yo send a screenshot of your license screen by going to Events > Settings > Licenses ?
