    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support!

There are no default shortcode attributes for limiting events by state. However, you are correct and then the proper workaround would be to apply the state name/location as a category to the events and segregate them that way.

    Cheers!

    Hi there,

With CSS modifications, you would only need to modify once and it would work across all events.

    Thanks,

    Hi there,

We have a few bundles, but if one doesn’t meet your needs you can switch out a product. So let’s say you buy a bundle that has a plugin you do not need, you can email support after you buy the bundle and request to switch that license out for PRO. And yes, you need PRO for recurring events.

    Thanks,

    Brendan

    Hi there,

We did discover a bug with the date picker that is causing this issue on certain themes. We are currently working on a fix and I have added you to the list of people to notify once its resolved.

I will let you know if we have a workaround in the meantime.

    Thanks,

    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. We do have a license that works on multi-site installs. You can view pricing by clicking the link right below the 3 main pricing options on the Events Calendar PRO product page.

    Thanks,

    Hi Daniel,

Sorry about that! I misread your proposal and hastily assumed you were wanting to accomplish this 2 column layout. Let me address your questions below…

    Is this true?

Yes, you can modify the layout and position of elements… however, this would need to be done by modifying the single event template. This particular example is using a theme called Avada which has our free calendar built in. So many of the same features/look will be present if you use the same theme. However, for this website to get the tickets in the right column, they would have had to modify the actual page template in order for this to work.

If so do you have instructions of how we can customize it after purchasing upgrade plugin?

Yes, we do have a themer’s guide that can help you locate the areas which need to be modified. We can provide additional support as well in some cases, but usually, those sit in a queue and are working on when we can get to them. Another option is we can refer you a customizer to help make modifications.

Or, what is that we would need to do to accomplish this goal?

    By modifying the template.

We do not have phone support but are available via email.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi Russell,

Thanks for emailing support. I removed your info since this is a public forum. In any case, the product you purchased is not from us. Looks like it’s from a company called Round Up and its an extension to our plugin. If that is not what you were looking for, I would contact them for a refund. If you would like to purchase our products, just visit the Products tab at the top of this website.

    Thanks,

    Brendan

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support!

In the PRO version, you would need to modify the events either with CSS or PHP in order to get this desired look.

    Thanks,

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues. Sounds like there is a conflict since there are no limits on future events. To get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.

Let me know what you find.

    Thanks,

    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching us out! I hope you’re doing well.

If you use Woocommerce to sell the tickets, its possible? For optimal functionality with Event Tickets Plus, we recommend that you check to Enable stock management under WooCommerce –> Settings –> Products –> Inventory.  If you need help using WooCommerce, head over to their helpful support site.

Please let me know how it goes.

    Best,

    Brendan.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support!

In order to display past events, you can use the [tribe_events] shortcode.  It accepts a date attribute, which allows you to force it to display events in the past.

    Cheers,

    Brendan
