I’ve got a client who is posting tickets out to their customer (because that is how they do things) they do not want the tickets to also be on email / mobile phone etc. Is there anyway to switch this off for the time being?
Happy with the rest of the process, it’s just the ‘tickets’ on an email / that email that isn’t needed.
