KeymasterHey there and thanks for getting in touch!
We’d be happy to help — but I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.
If you’re looking for technical support, it would be awesome if you could post your question to our WordPress.org support forum.
Or, if you already have an active license for one of the premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our premium support forum instead?
Thanks so much!
Brendan

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. We sell the event calendar so you must be referring to a client that is using our calendar. We do not have free popcorn.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. When I go to your site and click the Event Calendar and Calendar, they both seem to work for me.
Are you still having an issue? Is there a link you can show me if so?
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the 404 errors you have been getting. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.By all solutions, I assume you are referring to this: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/fixing-http-404-errors/
If none of these steps worked, here are a couple of other things to try:
- Please ensure to update the Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus to their latest versions.
- Head over to Events -> Settings -> General and hit the “Save Changes” button
- Re-save your permalinks.
If none of this works, Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-seventeen to see if that changes anything.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues. Sounds like there is a conflict. To get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Let me know what you find.
You can also try installing this plugin to dequeue scripts from the calendar and see if that solves the issue.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
It is possible… however, this essentially looks like a custom development task and so is outside of our stated scope of support.
With that being said, we’d love to help point you in the right direction.
We do need to prioritize support requests from other customers at this time but I’ll certainly flag this with the team and – although we can’t make any promises – if we have time and space to come back and help, we’ll be happy to do so. Please let us know if you’d like to go this route so that you can be added to this queue.
In the meantime, if there is any more information you can share (including mock-ups) that will help us to better understand what you are seeking please do feel free to add them to this ticket.
If you urgently need help with this, however, you may instead wish to consider working with a suitably skilled developer or designer who can offer the additional level of support you require.
Thanks and cheers,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Sometimes, this may happen if there is an interruption between your hosting and downloading files from our server. You can do a manual update in these cases. It’s really easy, you just need to remove the outdated plugin by logging into your website and go to Plugins. There, you will deactivate and delete The Events Calendar Pro plugin. Don’t worry, remove it will not erase any of your info. The head over to our website and go into My Account > Downloads ( https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ ) and download The Events Calendar Pro.
A “.zip” file will download to your computer.
Then simply go back to the Plugins section on your site and click “add new” and upload plugin.
Select the zip file and it will upload it to your site and then you can activate it.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support.
In order to remove your card info, you will need to first put your subscription on hold (it’s a toggle on/off button on your license keys page My Account » Licenses https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ ) and then you should be able to remove the payment method by going to https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/payment-methods/ and removing your payment method. Once complete, you can go into account details and update the email details to your client’s email, however, there is no way to update the username. They will then receive an email when its time to renew. They can then go into the account and update the payment info with their new information.
Let me know if you have any other question.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Eventbrite is more for people who want to host their events on their own website and on Eventbrite. Event Tickets Plus is just for your website.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. The extensions are geared to work on the PRO version. Not to say it will not work, but potentially could cause a conflict.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Jill,
I think I answered this in the other thread.
Let me know if you still need assistance.
