    Hi there,

Since January I’m using both Events Calendar pro and Event Tickets Plus. I can see there’s an update available, but I’m unable to install it. I’m getting the message: service unavailable.

Can you please help me out?

    Best regards,
    Judith

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. Sometimes, this may happen if there is an interruption between your hosting and downloading files from our server. You can do a manual update in these cases. It’s really easy, you just need to remove the outdated plugin by logging into your website and go to Plugins. There, you will deactivate and delete The Events Calendar Pro plugin. Don’t worry, remove it will not erase any of your info. The head over to our website and go into My Account > Downloadshttps://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ ) and download The Events Calendar Pro.

A “.zip” file will download to your computer.

Then simply go back to the Plugins section on your site and click “add new” and upload plugin.

Select the zip file and it will upload it to your site and then you can activate it.

Let me know how that goes.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
