KeymasterHi there,
When you downloaded the zip file (you don’t need to do anything with it) do you know where you saved it on your computer? Notate the location, then when you click “add new” in plugins you will then click “upload” at the top left then click “browse” where you will go into the folder where you saved the zip file. Select the zip file and click upload, then you will need to activate it again. Its the same process as when you first purchased the plugin.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. The plugin only works as one calendar. Categories are the way to go or if you must have separate calendars then you may want to look at setting up and buying a multisite license.
Thanks,

Yes, it will show the attendee has been checked-in already.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Yes, you will be able to import with the Eventbrite plugin. You will also be able to create events on your site and have them export to your Eventbrite account. this plugin does work with Divi as well and we do offer a 30-day refund if you are not satisfied for any reason.
Thanks,

KeymasterHey there and thanks for getting in touch!
We’d be happy to help — but I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.
If you’re looking for technical support, it would be awesome if you could post your question to our WordPress.org support forum.
Or, if you already have an active license for one of the premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our premium support forum instead?
Thanks so much!

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. For this, you would need the Event Aggregator. You can set up a scheduled ical import from your outlook calendar URL and refine the list by using a specific keyword for the events you would want to import. You can have it set to automatically import daily, hourly, every 30 minutes, etc.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

KeymasterHi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.
The simplest solution would be to use the following snippet: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

KeymasterHi there,
I’m sorry you are having that issue.
You can perform a manual update downloading the plugin from your downloads page (https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/) and following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
Please let me know if that works for you.
Thanks,

In regards to your questions about Event Tickets Plus…
Does the Plus version give me control over that?
Not necessarily, however, we do have a themer’s guide that you can use to modify the look and templates. This would take some work though.
Also, can I make paid online registration for a particular event? Like they can choose a free ticket or a premium one for a single event. And non-users can register to the event as well?
Yes, you can create multiple types of tickets for the event.
If you’re looking for technical support, it would be awesome if you could post your first question to our WordPress.org support forum.
Thanks so much!

Brendan
KeymasterHi there,
I see. That would work for now. However, if you are able to test the current version with a conflict, this may tell you which plugins are conflicting. Or you can wait until the next version is released.
Let me know what you find.
Thanks,
Brendan
Brendan
KeymasterHi there,
If that doesn’t work you can check out where this is translated in the .pot file or add your own translation. Check links below:

KeymasterHi there,
Awesome you were able to get it figured out!
Sometimes, that happens so its good to always check after an update just to make sure everything is still activated.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
