KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support.
Can you try changing the “Events template” setting under Events > Settings > Display? This controls which page template is used for events pages – switching to “Default Events Page” should get rid of that sidebar for you, since events pages do not have a sidebar by default.
Let me know if this works for you!
Thanks,
Brendan

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
This essentially looks like a custom development task since its possible but not out of the box and so is outside of our stated scope of support.
With that being said, we’d love to help point you in the right direction for when you purchase the plugin.
We do need to prioritize support requests from other customers at this time but we can certainly flag this with the team and – although we can’t make any promises – if we have time and space to come back and help, we’ll be happy to do so. After purchasing the plugin, you can submit this request in our premium forums.
Thanks and cheers,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support.
With the Eventbrite plugin, one account is supported, however, you can import from multiple Eventbrite public URLs with the Event Aggregator plugin.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support.
If you have looked and its nowhere to be found you can try removing it with a function. I am not sure why there would be a category since this is not a common issue.
Try this function by adding it to the bottom of your functions.php and let me know how it goes.

KeymasterHey there!
Would you be willing to share your system information? That will allow me to check for possible conflicts and see your current calendar settings. You can snag that by heading to Events > Help, copying the information that is at the bottom of the screen, then paste it here for me as a private reply.
Thanks so much for your help!

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support.
Divi may be removing this because of the template is chosen. You have a few since its Divi Builder isn’t part of the PRO plugin.
You can try changing the page to a different template and different styles at Events > Settings > Display.
Or, you can add styling to your Divi code but this would require custom CSS to make it correct.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues. Sounds like there is a conflict. To get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Let me know what you find.
You can also try installing this plugin to dequeue scripts from the calendar and see if that solves the issue since it looks like some scripts may be conflicting.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi, there.
Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite. I think I replied to your previous email as well but will reply with the same info here.
Our ticketing product doesn’t currently support PRO’s recurring events.
If you start to create a ticket for a recurring event, there will be a little question mark notice that reads:
Currently, tickets will only show up on the frontend once per full event. For PRO users this means the same ticket will appear across all events in the series. Please configure your events accordingly.
You should add your vote to this existing feature request for Event Tickets to support PRO’s recurring events.
Something some users are doing right now is using PRO’s recurring events to populate their events calendar but then breaking each occurrence from the series to turn them into single events — basically using PRO as an event generator but not actually using its recurring events functionality on the front-end. Others are just dealing with the tickets on recurring events even though you can’t then tell which occurrence they reserved the ticket for… use this information for your own reference but please don’t take it as any sort of recommendation.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having this issue. I am going to investigate and see if others are experiencing this.
In the meantime…
You can also try installing this plugin to dequeue scripts from the calendar and see if you can manually dequeue CSS files?
Let me know if that works.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Sorry, I thought you said you bought PRO. In regards to searching in PRO and excluding certain categories, its possible but not out of the box, you would have to write a function to make this work and we can help with this in the PRO forum.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
If you bought the plugin, can you post this question in the premium forum? This forum is just for pre-sales questions and not tech support.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support.
There isn’t really an option like this but I have seen others just create two separate tickets… in this case one for male, one for female.
Thanks,
