We find it’s much easier to address one reported issue at a time in a thread and that sometimes seemingly similar issues wind up being something completely different.

    Thanks for email support and sorry you having issues with the search feature. In order to troubleshoot. Can you give me a link to an event with the venue in question and also what you are searching?

    The search should stake City, state and zip.

    Hi Ryan,

    Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!

    Out of the box and with extensions we do not have anything that would fit this need. However we do have recommended customer developers that may be able to implement this.

    Based on the console errors, it looks like there is a jquery mismatch. Are you able to reinstall wordpress to the latest version?

    Maybe try a plugin like Redirection to manage the redirects. That is one a lot of customers use.

    WP engine should be able to just add those rewrite rules or the standard rewrite rules. Did they give you info on why or when they were removed?

    Let me answer these questions

    1. EA is our event aggregator plugin where you import events from a csv file, facebook, meetup, etc.
    2. Upgrading to the latest version should not adjust the order. Do you have any customizations on your site in regards to restructuring the order?
