ParticipantHello!
I have been tracking transients on my site for awhile now. Within the past week, my overall number of transient files has gone from ~100 to ~700+ and 93% of them are “geoloc_center_point_estimation”. I believe this is an Events Calendar file. Is that true? Why am I suddenly seeing so many of these transient files?
I noticed this known issue on your site –> Geo Location query causing slowness in Events Calendar PRO 4.4.19 <– and wondered if the influx of transients had to do with it.
Thanks for any insight!

KeymasterHi there,
Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
Thanks,

ParticipantThanks, Brendan!
Yes, I’ve tested for conflicts on our development site but am still seeing tons of geoloc_center_point_estimation transients. I’m not sure I was clear before – the transients aren’t causing a problem that I can see. I was simply wondering why there were suddenly so many of them.
Thanks for any insight!
