MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar. I can help out here. I use both Genesis and TEC on a daily basis.
I visited your site and did not see any JavaScript errors on the main event view and was getting 404 errors on the single events so I could not troubleshoot it.
Can you please first follow our 404 Error Guide to fix those: (this maybe coming from the fact your event slug is “event” that should not be the same as the view slug, which by default is “event” too)
It also looks like you have the Events Calendar Debug turned on, can you turn that off in your settings here:
Events > Settings > General > “Miscellaneous Settings” > “Debug Mode”
Let me know about these and then I can take a look into the JS errors.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
All our fields are WordPress custom fields and by adding the _ in front of the field name it makes it private that is a WordPress feature and not ours.
The _Venue_City is not a custom field for us it is actually _VenueCity so that maybe the issue.
Here is a list of all our custom fields:

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks purchasing our Facebook Events. I can help out here.
The Unsupported Get Request if a Facebook API error when it detects a restriction on the event or the page the event was created in.
We have a write up on that error and how to remove the restriction here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/facebook-api-errors/
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
That link with /all/ in it is working as intended.
That page is suppose to show all the events in a recurring series, past or upcoming.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Please upgrade to 3.9.1 for WooCommerce Tickets and that should resolve your issue. You should also upgrade to the latest version of Pro as well.
If automatic updates are not working you can download the latest version from your account here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
We do not have a setting to change the map zoon, but we have a filter.
Try adding this to your theme’s function.php:
https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/db5e25cd87543d0465cf
Change the 15 to the zoom level you would like.
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
Community Events is not included with Pro.
All our plugins are separate from one another and the only requirement is they all use the free version of the Events Calendar.
We have a nonprofit program you can see if you qualify by reading this article:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/do-you-offer-discounts-for-non-profit-organizations/
It also shows you how to apply.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi Again,
Thanks again for using our plugins.
We do not have a feature to display events as you describe.
We only have the 4 Widgets in Pro to display events on other pages outside the default view.
It could be possible with a customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHello,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out.
Try this css:
.tribe-events-calendar .tribe-events-tooltip { z-index: 1100; }
Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Nope Pro is not required.
Community Events works just fine with the Core Version of the Events Calendar.
Pro is only needed if you would like recurring events in your calendar and for Community Events.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberI see where you are coming from.
I looked into the page-break-before and page-break-after properties, but services such as Gmail strip those out so they do not work.
You can look to editing the blank table after each ticket by moving this file to your theme to edit:
the-events-calendar\views\tickets\email.php
By increasing the height in that blank table you could better move that 2nd ticket onto a new page.
That is all I have for you on this.
Thanks

MemberHello Again,
The Facebook Importer does not create events in Facebook. It can only import. We are going to explore creating events in Facebook from the Events Calendar after we upgrade to the latest API in the 3.10 release.
Thanks
Brian
MemberI agree. We are working on a fix right now and hopefully are able to provide something soon.
