    Ok I was able to narrow down the issue.

    Facebook is not returning that information to new Facebook Applications when requested.

    This maybe due to API changes that were suppose to take place at the end of this month.

    We are working on resolving the issue and will update this thread once we have some information.

    If you have an older Facebook plication and can use that ID and Secret the venues should import.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I do know why the venues are not importing.

    Facebook is not returning that information to new Facebook Applications when requested.

    This maybe due to API changes that were suppose to take place at the end of this month.

    If your Facebook Application is older then a couple weeks these issues do not effect you.

    I removed all your license keys as it is not a good idea to post those in open threads.

    If you like to refund the license starting with d98c3****

    Please email us at [email protected], explain your situation and include your order number and we can refund that, then you can renew your other license.

    Hi,

    I have this license under your account you created this thread with:

    It starts with d98c34 and it is good until 4/14/2016

    That license is not tied to a site and should be available for use.

    We are unable to transfer license keys or renewals between users or licenses.

    If you need to use another license we can offer a refund on the renewal you just purchased and then you can renew the other license.

    Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

    I can answer your questions.

    To let visitors submit events we have the Community Events Add On that works without buying Pro.

    We have no feature to take appointments, just to create events.

    And as for your other three points:

    – Require payment to submit events (Paypal or Authorize.net)
    – Take offline payments and register them for online usage
    – Apply member-discounts while charging full price to general visitors

    We do not have any features to do those three above.

    Those three could be possible with Community Events, but would take customization on your part, which is beyond the support we can provide.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

    We do not have a way to import Google Calendar feeds.

    Currently, we have a CSV, Facebook,and Eventbrite importer.

    We are working to release a iCal importer, it is in beta, but I do not have a timeline for it’s release.

    How strange, that I can import the events with venues and your install cannot.

    I tried again and deleted all the events I imported from your list and made sure I was only running the Events Calendar and the Facebook Importer.

    It still worked for me.

    If you import any events from these two page do the venues import as well?

    Can you do it while running the Query Monitor:

    Query Monitor – The developer tools panel for WordPress

    It should flag red in your admin bar if it runs into issues.

    Hi,

    It is possible with our plugin to import any event from a Facebook Page that does not have an age or country restriction.

    You can also import any single event from a user if you have the event id, which is found in the url.

    You only need one Facebook App Account setup to do all that importing. You do not need an account for each page you would like to import events from.

    Does that make sense?

    Ok if it keeps default to 1970 there is a formatting error either by a bug or the setting.

    What time do you have the end date ending is it at midnight? 12:00 ?

    Can you take a screenshot(or let me know) of the end date and time right before you save to show me what the date and time are when you save that causes it to revert to 1970?
