    Hi,
I administer the website for http://www.carerssupportcentre.org.uk and a couple of days ago I renewed what I thought was the license for Event Calendar Pro for that site. This was license number: [removed]

However, I find that I have license number [removed] installed instead.

I just tried to replace it with the renewed one as I had paid for it and it says that it is out of installs.

Can I transfer the renewal to [removed] as the other one is not attached to any site and I do not need it.

    Help appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi,

I have this license under your account you created this thread with:

It starts with d98c34 and it is good until 4/14/2016

That license is not tied to a site and should be available for use.

We are unable to transfer license keys or renewals between users or licenses.

If you need to use another license we can offer a refund on the renewal you just purchased and then you can renew the other license.

Let me know what you would like to do.

    Thanks

    Hi.

Thanks for your help. Confusion caused because I unwittingly created two
    accounts a few years ago.

It would be more straightforward for me if you could refund me on
license d98c3****** and then I will renew
    the other one.

    Thanks.

    Ok we can do that.

I removed all your license keys as it is not a good idea to post those in open threads.

If you like to refund the license starting with d98c3****

Please email us at [email protected], explain your situation and include your order number and we can refund that, then you can renew your other license.

    Thanks
