    Ok I was able to narrow down the issue.

    Facebook is not returning that information to new Facebook Applications when requested.

    This maybe due to API changes that were suppose to take place at the end of this month.

    We are working on resolving the issue and will update this thread once we have some information.

    If you have an older Facebook plication and can use that ID and Secret the venues should import.

    Hello,

    I wanted to let you know we just released a fix to Facebook Events for the Venue and Organizer not importing. Please update to Facebook Events 3.9.2 to resolve this issue, it is available now in your account downloads or by automatic update.

    Thanks, the new update now pulls the venue info from facebook. Everything works now.

    There’s just one thing that I keep seeing on the facebook event import page.

    At the bottom of the page it says “Facebook API Error: Unsupported get request. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api”.

    This error keeps displaying, however I don’t think it is actually impacting anything.

    Great glad it resolves the Venue import.
