    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

I took a look at your site and all the pages do not have backgrounds so the month view is following the expected behavior of your theme.

Did you want the calendar to be white behind all the days?

Also, when I was visiting other pages to see how they display I am seeing this error:

Warning: preg_match(): Compilation failed: nothing to repeat at offset 1 in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas09_data03/97/2537197/html/wp-includes/class-wp.php on line 204

Not sure what is causing that though.

Let me know about that color and I maybe to help get some css for you to resolve that.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Sorry for the issues you are having.

I can help troubleshoot them with you.

I visited your site and see what you mean.

In the console I am getting this error, which maybe causing this:

You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.
    http://maps.gstatic.com/maps-api-v3/api/js/20/6/main.js
    Line 60

Do you have another plugin or is your theme loading a Google Map and if so does removing that fix the issue?

Let me know and we can go from here.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I am not sure if there is a conflict with that plugin.

We have the free version of the plugin that you can test with it by downloading it from here:

    The Events Calendar

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi Richelle,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

Yes with Community Events the login we look for is the standard WordPress, so if you set it so you have to a WordPress user the Community Events forms would only be visible to your logged in members.

    Does that make sense?

I am limited in solving all theme comptability issues, but we do have this guide for moving around the tooltip.

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/stop-month-view-tooltips-from-obscuring-event-titles/

You could play around with the number in there and move it to where you would like.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Sorry for the issues you are having.

I can help troubleshoot this with you.

Does it help to change your timezone settings to UTC +13 and not have them set as Auckland, NZ?

Also, can you provide me a link for an event you are importing so I can test it out and see what I get.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I used to work for a radio station and mange 15 of their websites. I could never get them to use the calendar though!

Anyway I think you may run into a similar situation with our plugin. That is a large amount of events for shared hosting.

Usually the page that causes the most issues is the month view.

So, we are adding better month view caching in our 3.10 release, but I do not have a timeline for its release.

That may help it work better for you, but I could not say for sure.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

You might be able to add an html break <br> before the div in that snippet and that might do it. Or add some custom css for a margin on the top.

There is no feature to display upcoming events for a recurring series.

If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

Otherwise the only other option is to customize the plugin, which is beyond the support we can provide.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

We do not have a full registration system.

We have the WooCommerce Tickets, but it is limited in collecting information on purchases and can only collect one name per order. We are working on a expanded version that will have more registration features and hope to put it into beta later this month.

Here is an overview of all the features you can get today:

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

Great glad you figured it out. I added profanity to the list of restrictions and made it more broad so people will look for others not on the list as well.

Since this is resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you have any questions related to this or something new, please create a new ticket for us to help you out 🙂

    Oh I see now.

Ok those are not errors it is just debug information. Everything is working.

It does not display on Single Events Pages, but adding this to your theme’s function.php should make it display:

Let me know if that helps.

Ok I can see the single events now.

I do not see the Simple Share Icons or any errors in the console.

    Is it active now?

The auto import will start after the time period you choose in the Import frequency setting. So if you choose daily it will start 24 hours from saving. If you choose hourly it will start one hour later, etc…

That is not a valid link for the auto importer so that is why it is returning that message. It should be a page id like linncountygop not a event link such as that.

With the event link you can take just the id 1073205766039529 and go to the Facebook Import Page, add it to the field “Import events by their Facebook ID:” click Import Events and then it will import it.

However, I just tried to import that event and did get a Unsupported Get Request so that page with the id linncountygop does have some type of restriction on it. We are unable to change anything in our plugin to get around that it has to be resolved in the page itself and it is possible Facebook can add restrictions themselves without you knowing about it.

Also, we have a new user primer that goes over every setting in the Facebook Importer:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-facebook-events/

I encourage you to follow that to make sure you have everything setup to work correctly.

    Thanks
