MemberHi Again,
Sorry for these issues. Apparently, any Facebook APP created within the last week is not pulling in the Venue details from Facebook. Old Facebook Apps are still working. We believe this is related to the upcoming retirement of the API we are using on April 30th. If you have an old Facebook APP it should work correctly until we get this resolved.
We are working on resolving this and I hope to have an update on this on Monday.
As for Categories and the ticket links those are not available with the Graph API so we are unable to import them.
They maybe available when we switch to the new API.
I did help someone set a default category for the plugin that maybe to help you:
We will update this ticket once we know more about how to resolve the venue import issue.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using WooCommerce Tickets.
We do not have a method in our plugin to restrict ticket sales either way.
However, I have had success with using this plugin to restrict quantities per order.
You maybe to use that to set a minimum quantity per order as well.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using WooCommerce Tickets.
By default WooCommerce does not show tax or tax rates with the products on their individual pages or in this case individual tickets and we follow exactly what WooCommerce does.
If you need to display a tax rate or a message you can use this field in WooCommerce to do that:
WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > “Price Display Suffix:”
If the tax is not showing at checkout I would look back at your settings in WooCommerce for the Standard Tax Rate as that is what the tickets use by default.
Classes
For your classes we do not have a method to get additional information, but you maybe to use a plugin like WooCommerce Checkout Manager to do it:We are working on updating our plugin to collect more information like this and looking to do a beta later this month if you are interested please email us at [email protected].
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for purchasing our plugins. I can help you out here.
I took a look at your site and see what you mean.
I see the css is minified by your site and maybe combined and cached?
It looks like in that file it only has the mobile css and not the main css, which is causing the issue.
Please look to disable that for our plugin css to resolve the issue.
Thanks

MemberHi,
It is hard to say depends on what your experience is in and how many of the settings you would like to change.
The plugin sets up the main views (month, list, day, etc..) itself, so all you have to do is start adding in events, which is not much harder then creating a WordPress Post.
We have a new user primer that runs through the setup and settings:
New User Primer: The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro
And you can try out the plugin for free with the core version:
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Welcome to WordPress and our plugin.
We do not have a method in our plugin to display the list view on another page.
However, there is the Event Rocket Plugin an unofficial plugin maintained by some of our developers that has shortcodes in it:
That plugin as a list view shortcode that would help you display events on any page you would like.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide customization support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
Thanks again!
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
First, all the licenses are good for one year of support and updates and need to be renewed every year to keep getting those services.
As for your customization question for the most part customizations are beyond the support we can provide to our customers. We can try to answer a question to get you started, but beyond that we are not going to be able to provide much else.
If you looking for a shortcode you can check out the Event Rocket.
The Event Rocket Plugin is an unofficial plugin maintained by some of our developers that has shortcodes in it:

MemberOk if you try this:
#tribe-events-content table.tribe-events-calendar {
background: #fff;
}Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks

MemberSo there is no way to change a timezone for a page in Facebook? That is strange of them.
We do not currently have a button to delete Facebook Events, I can see where that would be useful.
You can request it on our Uservoice page for us to consider adding in the future.
There maybe a plugin on WordPress.org that can do that right now for you.
Brian
MemberSince this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks

MemberOk I will test out, let me know what you find out as well.
The version of the API we are using does not enable us to sync events.
We are updating the API later this month to the latest version and then we will be able to look into that as a feature.
It is strange though that some parts of Facebook say you can do it and some say you cannot. So it is unclear if we will be able to.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.
Brian
MemberI am not sure what is causing this. I would like to help out, but per our terms of service it is beyond the support we can provide to troubleshoot custom coding.
Sorry I cannot help.
