MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
Do you have a link where this is happening so I can take a look?
Also what is your theme you are using and do you have any Event Calendar Customizations.
Thanks
Brian

MemberOk I went through your theme and the screenshots and may have found out the issues:
View Redirects
This is being caused by the 404 plugin as our views show a 404 error with no events so that plugin saw that and redirected to the home page.Event Order
You have the Simple Custom Post Order installed. That is most likely the cause of the events out of order as it is going to change the query order. If it cannot be turned off for events it should be removed. In general custom order plugins do not play nice with custom posts ordered by a date such as ours.Filter Bar
Besides the css set to display: none, which we resolved above your body class in your theme does not have tribe-events-filter-view so that is why the filter bar always shows. Not sure how your theme does it, but it should follow what WordPress does:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/body_class
If that cannot be changed I can provide css to fix this.
I did add the body class using my developer tools and the Filter Bar displayed as it should.
Titles
They are all css issues and we can provide some css to help, can you please create a new thread and list just these instances and we can help out there. Or if you like just post here again.Let me know what you would like to do and we can go from here.
Brian
MemberYep that is normal all our plugins require the Free Version of the Events Calendar found on WordPress.org.
Each plugin is an add to it.
Closing out this ticket, but if you have any other issues related to this or something new, please create a new one.
Thanks

MemberOh I see now.
Boxy Studio does include customizations for the Events Calendar so that might be the issue.
The Event Information Widget is their widget so our translation does not work on it:
http://demo.boxystudio.com/espresso/
On this page it is a little different:
http://demo.boxystudio.com/espresso/events/list/
That is our List View, but they have customized it and may have removed the ability to translate in the process or moved it to a theme translation.
Are you able to contact them and see if they have any documentation on translating their themes?
Brian
MemberSure I can help you out here.
The way the ticketing plugins work is they are an add on to both The Events Calendar and a eCommerce plugin.
This means WooCommerce Tickets creates a special variation of a product to sell tickets.
The ticket purchasing process is handled by WooCommerce so if you have a extension for WooCommerce to accept Stripe Payment you set it up there and when someone purchases a ticket that will be the option.
We have this new user primer to help go through everything:

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We do not have a feature to display a featured image in the widget as you describe.
We have this guide to help add the image:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/add-thumbnails-to-upcoming-events-list-widget/
Then you could use css to style it the way you like.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberBoth tri.be and theeventscalendar.com should be whitelisted.
I have these two ip addresses for the sites:
162.243.159.176
50.116.28.27
A timed out connection means it cannot find tri.be in 5 seconds I will see if I can update the validate plugin and enable you to adjust that timeout to see if at anytime it is able to connect.
In the mean time you can try running a plugin like Query Monitor:
It will let you know the bad connections and slow queries running on each page. The information in that might help us get to the bottom of this.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
So neither the Default Content Tab or the License Tab is showing?
How is both The Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro activated? is it on individual sites or a network activate?
Do either field show in the main blog of the site or in the Network Admin?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot them with you.
Do you have any shortcodes in the content of either event that you mention? And if so does removing them fix the issue?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
Brian
MemberIt helps get me closer, but I am only guessing at what pages those are on.
Can you please provide links in a private reply.
Thanks
Brian
MemberThe coding goes in your theme’s function.php.
You can use the WordPress Editor or a text or code editor to edit the files.
WordPress has this guide on editing files that might help out:
