Some Questions on adding Community Events

I recently installed The Events Calendar and our client loves the features, but one of the big things they are requesting is to have emails sent out to registered users of the site when a new event is made. I do not see this as a feature for the free Events Calendar or for the pro, but I do see it is a feature for Community Events. So my two main questions are:

If I purchase Community Events, will all registered users receive emails when I add a new event?

The client wanted some events to only show for users who are logged in, so to make this work I am using private posts, will a post that is published privately also send out emails to all registered users?

Unfortunately no, Community Events nor any of our plugins have a notification for new events.

You can try setting an event to private and that should hide it from non logged in users.

So the email notifications mentions in the knowledgebase for Community Event is only a notification to the admin(s) that a new post has been made or has been submitted for approval?

That is the correct the email notifications are just for the admin to know there are new events waiting approval.
