here’s the issue:
1. we bought the woocommerce tickets plugin on March 27, 2015.
2. when active the plugin didn’t worked as it should
3. we asked for support and the solutions that we tried didn’t sort out the problem
4. we contacted the wordpress developer of the theme we use that informed us that the theme wasn’t ready to accept events calendar and associated plugins
5. we had to get another way of reaching our goal of displaying events and registration
6. As the woocommerce plugin we bought is not being used we would like to ask for a refund.
