ParticipantHello,
I have this plugin installed on the multisite and working fine, but the admin menu for this plugin is not showing as per https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
13th image in the screenshots.
Rather than it is showing in the admin bar with limited options i.e. Add, edit events, settings, import only. I need to manage organisers and venues from the admin.
I have checked the screen options and appearence->menu already. Uninstalled and Installed plugin again, changed the theme installed on local too but no results yet.
Please suggest.April 16, 2015 at 5:01 am #955983Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
So neither the Default Content Tab or the License Tab is showing?
How is both The Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro activated? is it on individual sites or a network activate?
Do either field show in the main blog of the site or in the Network Admin?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberOk so both plugins are networked activated and in the Network Again under Settings there are no event options?
One issue maybe that you are still using the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro 3.7
Can you please upgrade to the latest version (3.9), by automatic update or getting the latest version from your account on the site.
Also I noticed in your theme you are using an old version of jQuery:
http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.2/jquery.min.js
It is a good idea to use jquery 1.11.1 that ships with WordPress as the older version can create conflicts with the latest version of our plugin.
The upgrade process should not cause any events to be lost or settings, but it is always a good idea to backup your site before doing that.
Once you have the latest version we can continue troubleshooting this issue.
Thanks
