Sorry it did not work out for you.
To request a refund please follow our policy outlined here:

MemberHi,
I can answer your questions here.
Please note I removed the two other duplicate threads you created so please follow up here on this.
Our ticketing systems are not designed to be a registration system nor do we have a registration plugin. So we do not have features that you would need for a system like that such as collecting required information from each person, partial payments, early registration, global, stock, etc..
As for your first two points (payment or no payment) you can do either of those options, but not both on the same ticket.
We also, do not have multiple price options, just one price per ticket.
As for recurring events the tickets will work on it, but the stock is for the entire series of events and not individual stock per instance of the recurring series.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
I can help out, it is possible to set any of the views (month, list, photo, map, etc..) as the default view from the admin.
So yes to your first question.
It is also possible to use this setting in the general settings of the plugin “Recurring event instances” to hide all but the first instance of a recurring event on a page load. This does not work in the month view though and that is intentional.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We have our ticketing plugins for eCommerce plugins such as WooCommerce that get you close to what you are looking for.
The only thing missing is the ticketing plugins do not support recurring events so you would have to create the events and tickets for it each day one by one.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi Again,
When I search for events on my site and go to say June in month view and then switch to list view it keeps me in June still for list view.
I visited your site and see that is not happening, as you described.
In my site the Events From field in the event bar stays populated. In your site that gets removed.
In the console their are no javascript errors I am getting these as 404 errors:
https://www.google.com/uds/?file=ads&v=3&packages=search&async=2
That second one is strange as mentions tribe events, but is not actually part of our plugin. That link it is referencing is found in your theme and I only get this error on the month view.
I think whatever coding you have in your theme that is producing that link is causing the issue in Month View as I can go to List view and go to events in June and then switch to Month View and it keeps me in June.
Are you able to look around in your theme or have your developer look for any event customizations and see about removing them or fixing them to resolve this?

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues here. That notice is showing because you have WordPress debug set to true:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
It is a good idea on live sites to turn that off so notices like that do no show.
Set this to false in your wp-config.php: define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);
Also, we are redoing the week view for 3.10 and that notice will be fixed in it so even if debug is on no notice will show.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi thanks for using our plugins.
Currently there is no printable options with our plugins.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

MemberOk so both plugins are networked activated and in the Network Again under Settings there are no event options?
One issue maybe that you are still using the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro 3.7
Can you please upgrade to the latest version (3.9), by automatic update or getting the latest version from your account on the site.
Also I noticed in your theme you are using an old version of jQuery:
http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.2/jquery.min.js
It is a good idea to use jquery 1.11.1 that ships with WordPress as the older version can create conflicts with the latest version of our plugin.
The upgrade process should not cause any events to be lost or settings, but it is always a good idea to backup your site before doing that.
Once you have the latest version we can continue troubleshooting this issue.
Thanks
