MemberSorry, I am not on the same page with you.
Are you trying to use the one license or use it on two different sites?
You renewed the license so it gives you one license for one site.
Are you trying to reenter the license on http://www.seekinghealth.org and that is no longer working?
Let me know.
Thanks
Also, I removed the order information from your last post this as this is a public forum.

MemberOk I was able to find the Order Number it looks like you purchased a renewal for your existing license instead of a new license.
We are unable to create a new license, but if you email us at [email protected] with the order number and explaining what happened we can refund that purchase.
If you are looking for an additional license the best deal is actually to upgrade to the business license.
You will pay 149-minus the initial price you already paid for your license and get a year on the license from the date of upgrade.
Here is an article on how to upgrade:

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. It is true that Community Events enables guests on the front end to create events. We do not have a feature to enable guests to create tickets for sale. That is all done from the admin still using one of our ticketing plugins.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues. I can help resolve this with you.
What is the order number for the order you just made and for what Product.
Please provide that information in a private reply and we can get to the bottom of this.
Please note that the plugin will work without the license key including all the premium features.
Let me know about the order and we can go from here to resolve this.
Thanks
Brian
MemberThat is the correct the email notifications are just for the admin to know there are new events waiting approval.

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.
I took a look at your site and I see a css conflict.
Try this css to fix:
.single-tribe_events .header_wrap.layer_wrapper {
overflow: hidden;
}Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks

April 15, 2015 at 1:59 pm in reply to: Is Community Events a standalone product? do I need that and Pro both? #955836Brian
MemberHello,
Events Calendar Pro and Community Events are separate products.
They only require the core version of the Events Calendar on WordPress.org.
If you want to use Pro features such as Recurring Events or Additional Fields in Community Events you will have to purchase both.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk that happens from time to time.
WordPress has a guide here on editing files: (Creating and editing (.htaccess))
https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks#Creating_and_editing_.28.htaccess.29
Does that help?

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. Unfortunately, there is no way to import data into the attendees list.
You could manually create Orders in WooCommerce for the event and add them that way, but that is the only other method we have besides purchasing.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi thanks for the interest in the iCal Importer.
We will announce when it is released on Twitter, Facebook, on our website, and by newsletter as well.
You can follow any of those or subscribe to the newsletter by using the form on the bottom of every page.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can help answer your questions.
If I purchase Community Events, will all registered users receive emails when I add a new event?
Unfortunately no, Community Events nor any of our plugins have a notification for new events.
The client wanted some events to only show for users who are logged in, so to make this work I am using private posts, will a post that is published privately also send out emails to all registered users?
You can try setting an event to private and that should hide it from non logged in users.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberIf you change themes per the testing for conflicts guide do these issues go away?
Brian
MemberWordPress should update the htaccess file once you save permalinks. It would show a notice on that page if it cannot edit the htaccess file.
Are you seeing any message like that?
