MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues. I can help you out.
I did not see Map view active so I could not see it.
But if you have Event Rocket active and you visit a venue in the admin and are their coordinates in the meta box?
The map view relies on those coordinates so that is the first place to start and check those.
Let me know and we can go from there.
Thanks
Brian

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.
We have changed to the new Eventbrite API and it uses a different process so the API key is no longer in your profile.
Please update or verify you are running Eventbrite 3.9.4 and follow this new guide to setting it up:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-eb-tickets/
Let me know if you run into trouble with that.
Thanks

MemberGreat glad it helps.
Unfortunately the only way to import events is manually.
Cheers
Brian
MemberGlad you found the conflict.
It could be a javascript error from that plugin causing the issue.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks

Brian
MemberGreat glad you figured it out.
I would also consider updating to jQuery 1.11.2, which is the latest version shipped with WordPress and that is the version we will be testing against for the 3.10 release.

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can help answer your questions.
We would need to be able to completely design the tickets, email them to purchasers and ensure that the numbering is not only unique but configurable.
Following our themer’s guide you can modify the ticket email and add any feature you would like:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
The file is called is found here to move and edit:
wp-content\plugins\the-events-calendar\views\tickets\email.php
We will also need to be able to apply either vouchers or purchase codes to the tickets in order to identify which of our 46 units the purchaser would like the proceeds to go to.
It maybe possible with WooCommerce as the tickets are a product, but we do not have a set feature to do this. Tickets must be created in each event and then you could modify in the WooCommerce Product Editor.
Could yo advise whether Woocommerce tickets is the correct product or if one of your other products would be a closer match. I acknowledge that any of the products may require some customisation but I would prefer one that requires less.
All the ticketing plugins have similar features so would take the same amount of customization.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot them with you.
I visited your site and went to the calendar and see three different events there:
http://studioteknik.ca/relevailles-test/events/
Are you not seeing those? I see events on the 9th, 13, and 19th of May.
Let me know about that.
Also, I appreciate sending the login info. However, our current policy is not to accept logins or to log in to customer servers/WordPress installations.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHello Jen,
The dates in the url are needed for the recurring events to tell the permalinks the correct event to find. So there is no settings to change that or add a category to the permalink either unfortunately. Not sure how feasible removing the dates would be, but adding categories to links maybe possible with some customization.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
Memberto have a page that includes a picture, general description, and the calendar below the description? Or, does the calendar need its own page that cannot include a picture and general description about the types of classes we offer above it?
You can use the “Add HTML before event content” in the display section of the event settings, but that places the content on every event page including the single events.
Or you can follow our themer’s guide to target just the month view or any other view and place content above it:

MemberHi,
There is no code to embed for the calendar to work it creates its own section usually with the url /events/
It sounds like it is a theme conflict.
Do you have a page called events? If so please delete it completely by deleting and emptying the trash as it causing the calendar to not show.
Let me know if that fixes the issue.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help out here.
I am not 100% certain this will work, but it did add the Categories on my test site to Events.
https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/a49e8e8712281305ebcc
Since Events are a custom post type I am not sure the slider will find them, that is beyond the support we can provide to modify it though.
The event custom post type is registered as tribe_event
Let me know how that works out.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
Unfortunately, there is not much we can do to help here. It is as unknown to us how to do this as it is to you.
I can try to answer some specific questions, but limited beyond that.
The only way I know to pass variables to scripts in WordPress is to use wp localize script:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_localize_script
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
