Our not-for-profit organisation is looking to use one of your ticket plugins to run the on-line segment of our annual raffle. I’ve looked through the documentation and it seems that Woocommerce Tickets looks like the most complete and appropriate package to suit our needs.

We would need to be able to completely design the tickets, email them to purchasers and ensure that the numbering is not only unique but configurable.

We will also need to be able to apply either vouchers or purchase codes to the tickets in order to identify which of our 46 units the purchaser would like the proceeds to go to.

Could yo advise whether Woocommerce tickets is the correct product or if one of your other products would be a closer match. I acknowledge that any of the products may require some customisation but I would prefer one that requires less.

We already run an online shop using Woocommerce so that is why we have chosen it for the raffle.

    Many thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can help answer your questions.

We would need to be able to completely design the tickets, email them to purchasers and ensure that the numbering is not only unique but configurable.

Following our themer’s guide you can modify the ticket email and add any feature you would like:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

The file is called is found here to move and edit:

    wp-content\plugins\the-events-calendar\views\tickets\email.php

We will also need to be able to apply either vouchers or purchase codes to the tickets in order to identify which of our 46 units the purchaser would like the proceeds to go to.

It maybe possible with WooCommerce as the tickets are a product, but we do not have a set feature to do this. Tickets must be created in each event and then you could modify in the WooCommerce Product Editor.

Could yo advise whether Woocommerce tickets is the correct product or if one of your other products would be a closer match. I acknowledge that any of the products may require some customisation but I would prefer one that requires less.

All the ticketing plugins have similar features so would take the same amount of customization.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks
