    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    For the week view, unfortunately there isn’t a straightforward way have it fast forward to the first week with events.

    It always defaults to the current week.

    If your events are that far in the future it maybe a good idea to use the List View as the default view.

    Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    I can help out here. Looks like a css issue from the theme.

    Try out this:

    .tribe-is-responsive.transparent:not(.photo-scroller-album) #header {
    position: relative;
    }

    Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.

    Let me know if that helps.

    Thanks

    The coordinates come from Google, we have a script that sends the address to them and they return the coordinates. There is a limit by ip address on being able to do that so sometimes on shared hosting that limit gets hit.

    So 0,0 is there, because the script did not get a response from Google possibly because the limit was hit.

    We have a way to check the url, but it is still a beta so please follow the instructions in the private post below to see if that is indeed the case.

    Hi Eric,

    Thanks for sharing that plugin.

    That would work to add a shortcode to each event for an event or venue content area, but would not modify our maps in the Map view or on Single Events and Venues.

    I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.

    Thanks

    in reply to: How to rollback if a CSV import goes wrong? #960756

    It is a little different to update WordPress by CSV so I am not sure I would go down that route. I would use it for imports of new content.

    I think it would be a good idea to upload only new events on their own csv and then add them to a master list each time as a backup.

    Cheers.

    Ok are you on shared hosting? It is possible your server ip address reached its limit when connecting to Google and now it is no longer returning that information.

    It is possible to manually add those coordinates from Google as they have it available in the maps when viewing an address. That might help you get some of these in right now.

    Hi,

    If you check All Day Event in the Event Meta does that not hide the times for the event?

    Let me know

    Ok thanks for the info.

    The maps on the individual pages just use the address to show the map.

    The Map view uses the coordinates in the venues to build the view. So if those are empty then that is why the Map View does not work.

    If you go to Events > Settings > General tab at the bottom is there an option to regenerate the coordinates or geolocation for the venues?

    If you resave a venue does the coordinates show up?

    Let me know.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin. We do not have a feature to show prices based on WordPress role.

    You maybe to edit the ticket form to do that.

    To edit the ticket form follow our Themer’s Guide:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

    To move and edit this file in your theme:

    wootickets\views\wootickets\tickets.php

    Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    I can help out.

    I tried to visit that event at Eventbrite and it said it is private.

    Can you confirm that is a public event, only public events are accessible to import.

    Thanks
