MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide support. I would ask that you take any support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.

Having said that you can resend WooCommerce Ticket Emails from the Order Itself in the Action Section of the Order.
Try this plugin to change the from email:

MemberHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.
To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys
Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
Let me know how that works out for you.
Thanks

MemberHi,
There was a link to the snippet, but not the entire snippet on that guide so you are missing the most important part.
Please take a look again and copy the entire function that is now there and add that <?php tag back to the top.
Here is a direct link as well:

MemberHi,
We have this list of people that might help:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
I also looked and found this article might be helpful:
It is for putting the search bar on the home page (not the filter bar):

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
We do not have a feature to display 2 weeks of the mini calendar at a time.
It would require a pretty extensive customization to do that and that is beyond the support we can provide.
The closest thing we have is the This Week Shortcode that can display the current week of events like this:
[tribe_this_week]And the next week of events like this:
[tribe_this_week week_offset="1"]Although that may create more of a spacing issue for you.
Unfortunately, that is all we have that is close to what you are looking to do.
You can read more about it here:
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi Maciej,
Thanks for purchasing Pro.
Both the Free Version and Pro must be active for Pro to work.
So upload Pro and Active it and it will add the new features to the Free Version.
Please follow this guide for complete setup of the plugins:
New User Primer: The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro
Cheers

MemberHi,
Unfortunately, we do not have a feature to add event search on any other page but the views we generated (month, list, etc)
It could be possible with a customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide per our terms and conditions.
If you need a search on the home page and not able to do a customization on our product you may have to look elsewhere for a plugin that provides those features out of the box.
Since you just purchased you do have a refund option following this guide:
And we can take care of it. Thanks
