license key issues

I am inputting my license key into the one site where I have it registered, but I am getting an error message that I am out of installs. See http://screencast.com/t/1B6TRtfgArw.

The site is http://casinopromotions.flywheelsites.com

and the license key is
*removed license key by admin as this is a public forum

Hello,

Sorry for the issues you are having.

Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.

To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys

Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
