Request for money back as plugin does not work on website

Hi there, I am told by Hunter, on of your support team, who has been trying to resolve a problem with the filter plugin that I need to start a new thread to claim my money back paid for this plugin which we have had to remove from our site as it breaks events archive at mobile view. See the thread for details

filter bar issue – hides content in mobile view

Basically despite removing all other plugins and reverting to 2015 theme the bug persists and activating the filter results in the hiding of all content at mobile view. As you will see from the tread I am not the only user to experience the problem.
