Attendees Information

When I create a ticket with extra attendees information, they don’t show up upon check out. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

The attendees information shows under the ticket form itself on the Event Page.

So when you click quantity 2 it should show 2 sets of fields right under that.

That is not showing there for you, correct?

Do you have any templates moved to your theme in this directory:

yourtheme/tribe-events/

Can you please provide a link in a private reply to where to an event with attendee fields?

Thanks for the link.

I set you up a temp admin login:

I appreciate the offer!

However, our current policy is not to accept logins or to log in to customer servers/WordPress installations.

Do you know if you have any custom templates here:

yourtheme/tribe-events/

As your theme has modified the ticket form to be in a sidebar, which is not our default it might be causing this issue.

I’m not entirely sure as it was a purchased theme. How can I find out if anything was modified?

You have to look in your theme directory here:

wp-content/themes/yourthemename/tribe-events/

There are a bunch of files in there. How do I know what was edited? Or does any file in there mean it’s been edited?

Yep if there is files there that means there is a customization.

You can try deleting this template if there and see if that helps:

wp-content/themes/yourthemename/tribe-events/wootickets/tickets.php

I do not know what that will change on the front end of the site as that is not our coding.
