Please advise if you have a shortcode for the filter bar (purchased it) so I could place in a diffrent location or as a widget in the sidebar for individual event/venue pages.

We do not have a shortcode for the Filter Bar.

We only have shortcodes for the Pro Widgets:

Thanks for your message.

Would still need some advise with regards to the search function as currently on the home page you can only search via a text search, which is not really adequate as we need to be able to search more detailes like the filter bar.

Howcan we manage to have something like the filter bar on the homepage:
http://tophotelevents.com/ See attached image. You noticed I removed the text search box.

Kindly assist on how we could configure a detailed search function as that is important for the purpose of the site.

Hi,

Unfortunately, we do not have a feature to add event search on any other page but the views we generated (month, list, etc)

It could be possible with a customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide per our terms and conditions.

If you need a search on the home page and not able to do a customization on our product you may have to look elsewhere for a plugin that provides those features out of the box.
