Transfered my page / Key says it was used already

Hey guys!

I had to change the host of my page. So I was rebuilding everything. Unfortunately Events Calendar Pro said the licence was used already. Some time passed now and the licence key expired, so I decided today to extend it. However, I still get the same message “Sorry, der Lizenzschlüssel wurde schon bei einer anderen Installation verwendet.”

How comes? And how to resolve?
I’d like it to accept the newly bought key.

Hello,

Sorry for the issues you are having.

Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.

To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys

Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
