MemberHi,
Thanks for purchasing Facebook Events.
Facebook Events is a plugin and should be uploaded to the plugin directory and activated through the WordPress plugin screen.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
The before and after HTML in the Event Settings always appears on every event page. There is no conditionals for it.
If you would like to display messages on specific pages the only way to do that is by modifying the event templates following our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
And using this conditionals if needed:

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We do not have any feature to notify ticket holders for events as you describe. The ticketing emails we send are the order email and the ticket email, but no reminder emails.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

Also please note we answer forum threads Monday through Friday and do not provide support on Weekends and major U.S. holidays.
Cheers

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins I can help out here.
After purchase I was instructed to activate the plugin at Events > Settings > Tickets, but this section or tab is not showing.
We did you see those instructions? That is not a tab created in our plugin. It would be Events > Settings > License
However, since you have network activated the plugin the license tab will be under the settings of the NetWork Admin for the multisite.
Let me know if you cannot find it there.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I am limited in 3rd party plugin support, but can try to help out.
He says a script has not been updated in 6 years, but which script is he talking about?
Let me know and I can see what we can do.
Cheers

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.
It looks the the Quantity buttons do not show in IE.
Can you see if adding this plugin to your site fixes the issue:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-quantity-increment/
WooCommerce removed the quantity buttons with the 2.3 update and that maybe causing this.
Let me know how that works out.
Thanks
Brian

MemberI am glad to see you were able to fix this issue.
We are working on transitioning to GlotPress for the translations and unfortunately, that created some issues this time around.
Since the issue is resolved I am going to go ahead and close this ticket. If you have a similar issue or another in the future, please do not hesitate to create a new ticket.
Thanks!

MemberHi Derek,
Thanks for the interest in our Facebook Events Plugin.
You do not have to be a Admin of the Facebook Page to import events.
The Facebook Page and the Events must be public events without any restrictions(age, alcohol, etc) in order to be imported though.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Note- You duplicate post in another thread was removed.

MemberHi,
The events and the event settings are stored in the database so you have to make a backup of that.
The database is not stored in files in the WordPress install.
It is true that if you deactivate and delete a plugin it will delete the files of the plugin, but it does not delete from the database.

MemberI am sorry, but as I have stated I am not able to provide support on customizations.
Unfortunately, we are not available to troubleshoot or teach how the plugin works as it is beyond our terms and conditions.
I have provided way beyond what I can do for this and since that is the case I am now closing this thread.
If you have technical support questions about existing features please create a new thread and we can help you out.

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues, but it appears you are using the plugin with a beta version number. We had an issue in the first couple hours of this or if you are using the release candidates that caused the issue too.
To fix this you need to deactivate and delete Pro and then get Pro again from your account here and upload and active it.
This process does not delete events or settings, but it is a good idea to backup before you do it.
Let me know once you active Pro again from a fresh install of the plugin if it works.
Thanks
Brian

MemberNo I do not think it would go in that file.
And the list-widget.php would be in the yourtheme/tribe-events/pro/widgets/ directory.
However, I took a look at your site and see you are running Pro 3.9.3
Please update to Pro 3.10 either by automatic update or by downloading it from your account here and manually uploading.
Let me know once the update is complete if it is working.
Thanks
