Pro Features not Available after upgrade to 3.10

Since the upgrade to 3.10 the pro features are now not available. In “plugins” both are showing at 3.10 (and i have tried uninstalling pro and reinstalling but that had no effect).

When I go to Events > Setting I don’t see the licence key tab or additional fields.

Please can you advise wwhat I shoudl do next to get the pro features (mainly the map view) working again?

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

Do you have any custom templates or coding for the events calendar in your theme?

Also can you get the system information from the Events > Help > System Information field and share it in a private reply.

Hi,

Sorry for the issues, but it appears you are using the plugin with a beta version number. We had an issue in the first couple hours of this or if you are using the release candidates that caused the issue too.

To fix this you need to deactivate and delete Pro and then get Pro again from your account here and upload and active it.

This process does not delete events or settings, but it is a good idea to backup before you do it.

Let me know once you active Pro again from a fresh install of the plugin if it works.
