Email notifications and reminders

Does this ticket system offer the option to email reminders about the event they bought a ticket for? Also another email say X days after to thank them for attending the event?

Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

We do not have any feature to notify ticket holders for events as you describe. The ticketing emails we send are the order email and the ticket email, but no reminder emails.

If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

Also please note we answer forum threads Monday through Friday and do not provide support on Weekends and major U.S. holidays.
